Stayed at Stoneville Hotel as transit for 1 night, this hotel has 2 floors of bedrooms.
Rooms attached with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, beds, desk, tv with limited channels (needs improvement on this), needs hanger to hang clothes (bathroom) and needs space to put toiletries at sink.. There is wifi but it is slow.
Apart from that, there are friendly and grest hospitality staff. There is no stairs but the stairs in the hotel are convenient and easy to go up while carrying luggage.
The restaurant is amazing, its spacious and big. Can be grest place for wedding functions or leisure activities function. The wet hor fun noodles (beef) i forgot the name is great with the corn soup 😁
Overall, had a great stay. The hotel is near to restaurants and convenient stores so it has suitable location to eat and buy personal travel supplies.
Travellers and visitors should definitely dine at the burger place at evening time and also have morning/afternoon dining experience at Afsara Restaurant.
These are great restaurants to have variety meals for one night stay where diners can experience culture lunch at Afsara restaurant and later enjoy the homemade burger at evening accompanied with Corn shake (no ice) and the self cooked chicken 😁👍🏽

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for a night. I managed to get the superior room with veranda viewing the Temburong river. The room is newly furnished since the hotel is very new. And it is spacious too. This is the only hotel available closest to Bangar, Temburong town. In case you want to travel to KK and start ur journey late afternoon plus you need of a huge rest, I recommend you to stay here before continuing your trip across border. I got 10% discount too.

First impression last longer... This is a new hotel, Huge room where it can fit around 5-7 people, clean, staff are very friendly. Restaurant are there too. Free wifi and price reasonable and not far from the boat ferry...& it's located at the town itself. Before we booked their room, we ask the reception if we can take a look all the room that are available and the staff have no objection on our request. They bring us around to look at all the room and we are so impress by it. The hotel also have room with balcony. Although it is very quiet as the town itself are very very far from the capital city where the lively event usually took place but for us it is a good thing where we don't have to worry about noise from the car passing by.

My wife and myself stayed for a night at the hotel with a king size bed. It was a pleasant stay with a welcoming & good service by the staff. Hotel is equipped with free wifi & tv satellite with a few channels & the bathroom is very spacious & modern.
But from my opinion, a few additions & changes would make the rooms more cozy & welcoming. Here goes: 1. Include complimentary drinking water bottles or some welcoming traditional Temburong Biscuits/Cookies would be better 2. Room is too spacious which needs more furniture in it. A Sofa maybe. 3. Changes to the lightings would make it more cozy, i.e. Use Cool White rather than Day Light. 4. Bed is too Stiff 5. Add some floor carpets. 6. More breakfast options, make some Temburong dishes as the Hotels signature dishes such as Udang Galah, Nasi Upih, Assorted Dishes of salted eggs etc..

Stayed on 2nd floor - no elevator in the building. Stairs is well spaced, its not so bad climbing up. Room is spacious and clean. Basic amenities provided - kettle, cups, small fridge, etc but no coffee and tea. Housekeeping only available until midnight. Stayed one night at the hotel on transit. Restaurant only open at 8 am. Not to worry, tamu is so nearby. Will definitely stay again here

Have just spent 4 days at Stoneville with two groups of sixth form students who were carrying out fieldwork in Temburong. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very spacious, with a great conference room ideally suited to study sessions. The rooms were large and comfortable. Good views of the forested hills from the twin rooms. Located on the edge of Bangar, just a short walk from the ferry terminal (to BSB). Many thanks to Jeff and his team for a very pleasant stay :)

Been in hotel over four weeks not once has my room been cleaned, the smell in the bathroom is really bad, all I get is clean towels, very lucky if WiFi works for more the ten minutes, would not recommend to anyone

Stayed here for one night on the way to Temburong. There is nothing to do in the village,, but the food in the restaurant was good. The rooms are very spacious, however, the bathroom was not super clean and smelled a bit musty. We didn't have breakfast as we had a start before dawn to get to the river.

The parks are 30-45mins from the hotel.
There is a excellent national park called Batang Duri that is 45mins away from the hotel and at the park, there is rainforest lodge for overnight stay.
There is a Outward Bound activity you can enjoy there. For tour and activity details, you can check and ask inquiry with the hotel.
There are more places to choose from in the Ulu Temburong National Park area.
