The beds were my favorite part of the hotel. The provide enough pillows to satisfy any sleeper. I never made it back in time to use the pool area, but it looked like it would be fun as well. Very friendly staff and they are willing to help with anything from directions to special requests.

We stayed here on our way to and then from Yellowstone National Park this Christmas. The hotel provided convenient pick up shuttle to and from Bozeman Airport. The room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Friendly and helpful staff clean rooms and easy access to and from the airport. We flew in and out late or early and needed a rim close to the airport. This holiday inn offered great rates and airport proximity that was just what we needed.

Great customer service and kindness! I was travelling into town to pick up my brother at MSU and needed a place for the night. Room was affordable, and right off the highway with easy access into downtown. I called and spoke with a gal (Amanda I believe) who was absolutely wonderful and was kind enough to get me an early...

It's in a nice location for shopping and food. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night passing through town, but overall we were pleased. The front desk was very nice and helpful as well.

The outside is nice, the lobby is fitting for the area, but the corridors and rooms are cold feeling, somewhat dated, and disappointing mostly due to cheap bluish lighting and flickering florescent bulbs. Restrooms are updated and beds are cozy.

This hotel boasts 3 stars (while in fact it should be at best 2 stars). The rooms smell. The beds are slumps. Granted, the rooms are cheap. But the hotel is worse than most Holiday Inn Express.it's really A cheap motel (compared to Motel 6), not a hotel.

Just finished up my 4 night stay at the Holiday Inn. No complaints at all and I have to say that I have nothing but positive comments. First, the hotel is very convenient to EVERYTHING. Then there is the excellent super friendly service that you get from the front desk...willing to help in every way. The room I stayed in...

I was so weary after driving a 16 foot truck through beautiful but trying mountain passes lots of hotels were full but Josh our front desk host made feel welcome. The hotel is ok but no fridge but lots of nice towels. Grateful for a comfortable bed. Also had great bar and bar food.
