We travel around four months a year and have read a lot about the Clark family and history. We were greatly looking forward to staying in the master suite and reserved a year ahead. We arrived for check in at around 4pm and were told we should go on the tour that was just starting. We explained that we were...

When reservations are made we inform guests that during the summer, May 1 - Sept. 30, we are open for tours of the building including all the B&B rooms. We did NOT charge Cindy for the room on 9/19/15. We are very sorry our property did not meet with her expectations.

This is a unique experience. The family who runs this place is delightful. It was terrific to meet them and learn the history of the house, their family and the area. I didn't realize that we couldn't access our room until after tours stopped - which would have been nice to know. We found good food nearby at the Humming...

We spent the night in this lovely well maintained Victorian Mansion once owned by William Andres Clark one of the wealthiest men in America in the 18 hundreds. It is now owned by a family who's grandmother purchased the mansion and restored it to it present day grand state. It is a B & B which also offers tours daily....

I stayed in the butler's room and had a great time... the old timey feel and lovely staff made my stay really wonderful. I did take the tour of the house since it came with my stay. I enjoyed the other guests and the yummy breakfast served every morning in the dining room. There are tours so my room was...

My daughter and I stayed here on a cross-country trek. This B&B as others have mentioned is an old historical house that has been preserved with original fixtures and decorations. It is like stepping back 100 years and living in another moment in time. For those fascinated by history, especially Butte history or mining town history, well worth the stay....

An authentic B&B in a charming well kept mansion. The hosts are excellent and the master suite is worth it. Though be aware at the time we stayed the mattress is quite squeaky - probably one of those rubber mattresses showing up more and more unfortunately. We still slept good. The included breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the tour and stay!

My husband and I planned to visit Butte in order to connect with childhood memories and pay our final respects to a beloved family friend who has passed. We came into Butte feeling like tourists and left feeling like family. The main reason for this shift was the experience we had a the Copper King Mansion. From the moment we...

This B&B is in an old mansion that was once owned by W.A. Clark, one of the Copper Kings from Butte. It is well maintained and although most of the furniture is not the original, it is furnished very elegantly. The hosts were extremely friendly and would provide suggestions if you so wished. We stayed for three nights since my...

We had a terrific time. We stayed in the Family Suite and Huegette's room. The owners were wonderful. We celebrated my father's 95th birthday there. Also great restaurant recommendations. We ate at the uptown Cafe which was very good. We also enjoyed the tour of the old mansion the next morning. If you are going, read the book "Empty Mansions"...

And Copper King mansion certainly has got it. You step right into history when you walk through the front door. William Clark the original owner and ultimate copper king may not have been the most pleasant of people but the current owners, Erin and her brother, are charm personified. Erin could not have been more engaging and helpful. The location...
