Just outside of downtown Butte. They have cabins, a pool playground and wifi. More stuff and amenities. Very friendly staff and nice little store. They have a restaurant called The Chicken Shack ( not just chicken ) While here take a walk over to the Chamber of Commerce and set up a time to take the Trolley ride around town,...

On at least 3 prior trips we simply stayed the night, and were in the area right next to the check-in building. This time we spent 4 nights and were in an area that was really very nice, and had a great view of the city to the north. If you have the time to stay a couple of nights,...

Typical KOA but with a new employee who misquoted rate over the phone and wouldn't accept discount. We were charges $46.97 for one night and they stuck us on highway side when place was practically empty and then parked someone right next to us. Not the usual friendly face of KOA. We decided not to patronize their shop or restaurant...

I am terribly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our campground. We strive to make every stay a pleasant and enjoyable one, but sometimes we fall short of expectations. If you are ever in the Butte area again, please give us another look and hopefully you will find us to your liking. Safe travels.

Nice clean and good size lots. Water, electric, sewer hook ups in good placement. Roads in campground are easy to use even with big rigs. Not may trees but in Montana sun is nice. WiFi works will but they don't have cable. TV antana picks up about 10 good station. They are close to some really nice walking trails that...

We have been staying at the KOA in Buttte for a few years. The new owners have and are still making great improvements. It is a very friendly park. The walking trails are right there. Butte is a great city and the KOA makes it a good reason to stop and stay for a while.

. Very nice park and wonderful people there. Restrooms and laundry very clean. Quiet at night for sleeping. There is a Chicken Shack on the grounds that serves very good food but not just chicken. Great improvements have been done on the park in last year or two. So much history in Butte to check out and there is a...

Nice KOA. Very clean and well kept. Gravel roads and sites. Sites are level with good hookups but are a little small. There is a restaurant on site which adds to convenience. Conveniently located next the the Butte Chamber of Commerce.

Stayed here because it was getting dark, and needed to get off the road, tired from riding all day. I don't usually stay at KOA, because of the price. State and National parks ate my first choice. This KOA is close to the roadway, and I was giving a tent space near the front entrance close to the main office,...

Stayed here on our trip across the country for one night. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Very easy to get in and out from I 90. Nice waking/jogging trail right next to the property. Only issue if that the bathroom facilities needed some minor repairs. Enjoyed our stay albeit brief.

There are new owners for this KOA....they are in process of making improvements. They are competent & very kind & helpful. We stayed on Saturday & Sunday night. Saturday was packed & spaces crowded. Fewer rigs were there on Sunday night. The chicken restaurant was a good choice for dinner. The laundry was small crowed on Sunday but very clean...
