It is also within a quarter mile of the Great Falls International Airport, highways US 15, US 87, US 89 and Mt. Highway 200. The Hampton Inn Great Falls hotel features 98 rooms with four whirlpool suites, including 39 king study and 11 queen study rooms that include a full size sofa sleeper. The queen study and whirlpool suites also include microwaves and refrigeration units. Five handicap accessible rooms are available. This location is absolutely perfect. Close to the Freeway if you are making the trip from or to Alaska. Ashley at the front desk checked me in and was very friendly and welcoming. After being in a car for 28 hours, this was much needed. Cathy and Lenarda at breakfast were very friendly and great to speak with. These three associates are truly what Hamtpn means when they say " Making you happy. Makes us happy." The beds were comfortable and the shower. WOAH! The shower head is phenomenal. And the location is very pet friendly. They have a grassy area for your furry family to take a break on. Our fur baby loved the hotel as well.

Great customer service - the front desk was kind enough to print some work material for me. I didn't sleep well, but the bed was certainly adequate. I had the window open and noise was not an issue, so an overall quiet location

This property is a very good place to stay in Great Falls. Always friendly staff, clean, nice rooms and very good options for breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel several times and they are always "quality" consistent .

A hotel should not advertise EV charging available just because Tesla has a Supercharger next to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, well maintained and had adequate parking for guests and staff.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, mostly because I know what to expect: the beds and pillows are always comfortable and the rooms are always nice. I was a bit disappointed in this Hampton Inn. It felt old; in fact, when the fan was running, the air smelled like stale smoke. I also felt like the cost of the room was a bit high.

The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient. The breakfast selection was not up to Hampton standards but the breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The main problem was with room 401. It was next door to a room marked "storage" that turned out to house mechanical equipment. The equipment ran very loudly and you could feel the vibrations in our bed. It awakened me at 4am and I notified the desk manager James and I asked about the Hampton Inn 100% guarantee. He check my reservation, saw I requested a quiet room, and questioned why no one would have warned me about my room choice of 401 (it seems to me the staff must be aware of a noise issue in that location for him to make such a comment). He apologized and said he did not have the authority to take action but would notify the hotel manager Kate Manning. This was Saturday morning and she was off for the weekend. I was told she would contact me Monday. It is now Thursday and still no contact. I've been a Hilton Honors member for a long time and am currently a diamond member and I cannot remember a time when I have been so ignored or treated so badly.

Called to confirm we had a pet, and were given a totally different price for the pet fee versus what Hilton/Hampton web sites said. When asked about that, we were told that they were "privately owned" (franchise) and that they didn't honor third party reservation prices. Wait. What? hilton.com and/or hampton.com are third party to them? Given that statement, what prices can you believe? Talked to Myla at the front desk, and did get a return call about the issue from Kate. Both were extremely adamant that they were right and I was wrong. Nothing I pointed them to on the websites made any impact, and Kate said, "I can show you where we can do whatever we want on that website." When I asked for her to do so, she said, "I'd have to look it up." Bottom line, this is over a few dollars. But the attitude of both has made me back away from staying at this location. I called Hilton - the agent there did call this 'bad behavior' and gave me a case number to pursue this policy disconnect further.

There were multiple issues (broken items in room; old food left in fridge; loud neighbor late at night; no late checkout for Gold member). Front desk personnel were pleasant, but completely "by-the-book" in terms of their responses and were unable to solve any of the problems listed above. Despite multiple communication attempts, the manager did not respond at all.

This Hampton is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are a good size and very clean. The breakfast provides everything a person needs. This is not my first stay at this property, and it will not be my last. My wife and I enjoyed it very much and we will be back. Thanks so much to all the staff for a wonderful stay....

There are some cooler rooms and Ashley at the front desk helped us find one after we discovered that our original room was still far too hot to sleep well after running the AC to our desired setting for 5 hours. The front desk explained that the hotel's cooling system did not permit any individual settings. Frankly, I have encountered this in cheap hotels in Europe but this is not a cheap hotel and this is not Europe! And the daytime temperatures in Great Falls during our stay have been in the high 80s. Also, we're on a 60-day road trip across America and have been staying at lots of Hampton Inns and have yet to encounter this elsewhere. So we have concluded that either the building's chiller is insufficient to cool this building or management refuses to set it to enable guests to determine their own individual comfort levels. Either is a problem that we don't expect to encounter in a Hilton property. And then we encountered a problem that we hadn't anticipated: we noticed a guest laundry so decided to use it. However, there was no warning that the dryer wasn't working properly! And we didn't discover that until the second load had been washed. The dryer took 4 45-minute cycles and clothes were still damp. We wasted $6 and lost several hours' sleep. Had we known, we could have easily postponed laundry for a couple of days. So this was an unhappy stay for us.
