Very nice accomodations and very good breakfast, which was very good. It was in a good location and right off the interstate. It was also very easy to get to place of businees for our meeting. The staff treated us very good also and the rooms were nice too.

Spent one night Aug24/16. It is hidden in housing district yet is spacious. This motel had the right feel for us as we were on a motorcycle tour across Canada then home through the USA. Of course the cabins are dated but the bed was super comfy, had coffee in room and decent TV. What more can you ask for...

Needs a little updating. Our cabin was a little dark. The carpet was stained. We had a bees nest above the outside of the door. Quiet, shaded area tucked away from the noisy main street. Great water pressure.

A real gem closest motel to Carroll College. Better then budget motels more resonable then chain hotels. Clean, friendly, well maintained and free unchoked Wifi. Excellent access my truck door was 3 yards from the motel door. Hard to find, just behind Holiday gas station.

Lots of paint gives a good first impression, but after a closer look, this is an old tired property. The grounds are unkempt, and the little check-in area and office make you wonder how clean and neat the room is going to be. Our unit had been renovated with carpet and floor tile, and venetian blinds. The bed was comfortable...

The Lamplighter Motel is a delightful place to stay for those who crave something other than chain hotels and motels. If I remember correctly, the buildings were originally built in the 1930s but have been carefully cared for at least in the recent future. We stayed in the end unit closest to the street that we were told had just...

We pulled into this cozy looking motel, hot, tired, and on the verge of sunstroke,( we were on motorcycles) no rooms available. The young man at the desk, took the time to call every hotel in the area for us, found us the last room in Helena!! although we did not stay there, he went above and behind to help...

The appeal of these sunflower cabins is that they aren't trying to be something they're not. We stayed in #23, the elephant cabin. It was cozy, quiet, comfortable, inexpensive, and centrally located. In a town overrun with generic chain hotels, I will come back to this one.
