This place couldn't of been more perfect or serene for our honeymoon weekend getaway. The views of the mountains and the Bull River were breathtaking and peaceful. They had kayaks and canoes available for our use....although we didn't end up using them. The couple, Dave and Karen, who run the place are super sweet, went above and beyond and were...

I echo the comments made in the other reviews. This is a wonderful place that is well maintained and in a beautiful location. The owners offer you all the privacy you need, but treat you like family when needed. There is great fly fishing to be had on the Bull river in front of the lodge and other rivers in...

We stayed here for two nights in late April/early May. The setting is spectacular and the facilities are generously proportioned, immaculately maintained, and very comfortable. It might be out of your way, but if you are in NW Montana, consider staying here. Great value for the price. Breakfasts are hearty and very yummy. We arranged in advance for the owners...

One night only and we had perfect weather. The location is killer -- just a gorgeous Montana valley. The Lodge is cozy, beautiful, and super well-maintained. Plenty of nicely stuffed critters on the wall -- it's Montana. The steak dinner was over the top and would have cost more than the lodging bill in any major US City. Would go...

This lodge is a real gem in the rough, with only 6 large bedrooms/ suite, with private bath. There is a hot tub. The lodge itself is secluded with abundant wildlife, great for snowshoeing , x-country skiing or hiking. It is a real get-away from resorts and hyper events. I believe it was a hunting lodge originally with animal mounts...

We heard about how relaxing and wonderful this lodge was from friends but were still stunned when we got there! The Lodge is so quiet! Dave and Karen know just when to pamper you and then just when to let you enjoy their gem and have it to yourself. Their couples dinner they made us was absolutely spot on! We...

We have stayed at the Lodge at least a dozen times. We wouldn't stay anywhere else while in the area. It has become a home away from home for us while visiting a grandson attending school nearby. Dave and Karen could not be more gracious. The gourmet breakfast they provide is outstanding. We are hoping to have a family Christmas...

Our recent third visit to the Big Horn Lodge was once again a superb getaway! Dave & Karen always feel like family members as they make our group stays comfortable, relaxed and fun! The lodge setting is spectacular and no one gets tired of the ambiance of the place both inside and outside. Relax on the grounds with a book...

We had such a comfortable, peaceful stay. We had a couple of families on this stay. We were able to all gather and spend time with each other as we pleased. It was great. The complimentary breakfast was beyond delicious. Karen and Dave were so kind and helpful. We were able to make our Thanksgiving dinner and then sit by...

Dave and Karen made us feel right at home. We had great breakfasts and a hot Jacuzzi one night as it was snowing. We also saw a bald eagle from the back yard! Whats not to like? The Lodge is beautiful with a warm and impressive fireplace and fantastic views of the mountains and the Bull river running through their...
