The hotel is beautiful. You are completely surrounded by mountains so the views are amazing. The restaurant is wonderful I had breakfast and dinner both and the food was outstanding. The beef wellington is a must have if you go for dinner. The duck and lamb were both amazing as well.

I honestly didn't want to leave this place! Our family went to spend a few days at Chico with our best friends. It was amazing! The lodge with its rustic charm, the warm atmosphere, the relaxing pool, the friendly staff! We also had breakfast and supper at the restaurant (the dining room inside the lodge). It was amazing!! 5 star...

We have always had great stays here. The staff is super friendly, the pool is a big hit, and there are numerous activities for everyone. The food is very good, maybe a bit overpriced. The rooms are fantastic and you can choose between old and new rooms. Highly recommend for anyone who is living or passing through Montana.

We are currently staying here at Chico. As Montana residents we make a point to stay at Chico a minimum of once a year. Not dressy. Dogs welcome. Clean, friendly, 5 star restaurant and beautiful setting nestled in the mountains. 40 miles north of Yellowstone National Park.

Chico hot springs mineral pools are amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. While we didn't stay at the resort, just paid $7.50 for a day pass for the pools, the facility and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Having the option of soaking in two pools, each at differing temps, was a dream come true for this cold-blooded...

My husband and I wanted to take our adult children and their significant others to Chico before our son had to move out of state. This was our 6th visit to Chico over the last 15 years and I am sorry to say, it was the worst. We were so excited and talked up the great food and the pool,...

Hi Sandy, we replied to your review on Google as well. Thank you for the detailed review, I am so sorry we were not able to meet your expectations in the dining room during your stay with us. As noted in our reply to your Google review yesterday, I have pulled your email address from your lodging reservation, and you...

Garden had nothing growing or even starts, even though it was more than warm enough in there and at the very end of March, plenty of daylight. Rooms were hot and no way to control the temperature. Hot springs have buildings completely encircling them, so almost no view of the surrounding mountains or scenery. Historical paraphernalia interesting. Food at the...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I notice that you appreciate when businesses use local products and seasonal veggies! We love that too, and will make sure our chefs see your comments regarding more seasonal veggies. We do still experience freezing temperature in March, and due to our property being tucked back next to the foothills,...

Wow...what an iconic resort! We stayed in the main building and got a room with an attached bathroom. The room was quaint and reminded me of staying at "grandmas" with the older furniture and decor. It was comfortable, clean and relaxing. No tv, no air but a huge fan and large windows to open for a crisp mountain air breeze...

The food was good; diner selection plus pizza. They had some made from scratch items & wonderful ice cream. Our server, Audree, was amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor.

We visited Chico in January this year. The hot springs were great - especially on a weekday evening. Friday and Saturday --- Party Central! If you want a relaxing, tranquil soak, don't go there on the weekend. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Delicious dinner - wait staff is top notch. Lamb chops were perfect - orange flambe for dessert was...
