We arrived a bit before normal check in time as we had scheduled massages at 2 pm. Housekeeping staff really outdid themselves to get us into our room so we could change and make our appointment. The spa services were excellent, and very reasonably priced. Well worth treating yourself. We headed back down to the hot springs for a soak;...

I have been visiting Chico since its more rustic days back in the 1990's and always enjoy the pools and eating at the Grill. It was Easter week, so a ton of small children in the pool - even at 9:30 pm. Not my cup of tea, but it was Spring break, so I have no reason to complain. Still...

We stayed in the Fisherman's Lodge with the queen spa. Nice room with spacious accommodations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here numerous times. My only complaint is that every room we have stayed in has a horrible bed and pillows to sleep on. When the rate is in the range of $200 a night the...

I met a group of old friends at Chico Hot Springs for a social event in the banquet hall. The catered meal was excellent. Many of us stayed on site and I can't think of a better place to let some of the stress of every day life fade away. The hot spring pools with walk up bar window are...

We stayed in a very large, comfortable room in the Lower Lodge. It was a short walk to the hot springs pool and restaurant. Dinner in the dining room was excellent! Our reservations weren't until nine but the manager got us in earlier when we asked. The music in the saloon was good and Sunday brunch was a great value...

We were in Montana in early April for a fishing trip and spent 7 days on the famous spring creeks. After a day in windy, sometimes cold weather, a soak at Chico really was needed. We went back after fishing on 5 of those 7 days. The price is a bit steep for those under 65, but for us older...

Customer service and accommodation of guests for lack of better words "SUCK!" This place has no accommodation or customer service for those with a reservation or not??? When using packages with gratuity included (Winter getaway package) they do not advertise but take your additional money by presenting you with full check asking about gratuity??? At check in you wait an...

I've been visiting Chico on and off since I was a kid (over 30 years now). Still one of my favourite places. The pool is excellent, the restaurant is very good. The rooms in the newer Warren Wing are basic but very nice. Laid back atmosphere. Perfect for a short family break or a weekend with friends.

I've been there just to have dinner and then spend some time in the hot springs. It was a really wonderful time. The food was amazing (I had a pasta with a duck really really good and then a delicious desert of orange and chocolate) and after dinner we headed to the hot springs pools. It was so relaxing, so...
