Our room at the Grizzly Lodge was small and simple. It offered absolutely no amenities like tv, phone or hairdryer, but we didn't need any as we were stopping by for just one night and enjoyed the natural surroundings. It's really a simple place to stay among the woods and near Yellowstone. The atmosphere at the lodge is calm and...

Rustic, but not secluded spot about as close as one can stay to get early into the park. They offered up a communal firepit with weenie roast, some friendly dogs, and my fave another 'Bob' running it all. A nice enough little diner next door, or a quick drive to some other options.

Friendly, unpretentious, and colorful little hostelry in Yellowstone country. We loved the peace, the quiet, the fire, the dogs, and the interesting conversations we had with other guests, the owner, and with Bob, the manager. One could not ask for a better spot to spend a few nights.

Bob the manager settles you in with great care and makes you feel like your his first guest in months. The rooms are small but warm and comfortable. No breakfast is included and you won't get a wifi signal. However, the Lodge is in the shadow of the mountains, the babbling stream surrounds you and Bob lights a communal fire...

The Grizzly Lodge offers guest a great experience. No cell service, wifi, or cable TV, but that's the good part! My kids had a great stay there enjoying the company of other kids by the fire and sharing their experiences. A true place to relax, great for spotting wildlife and having a great time with fellow travelers. Bob, the manager...

When I checked in, the man told me "no wifi, no tv and no cell service". All good by me. We had the mountains to look at and the stream to listen to. My kids were so excited when they noticed they had their own bedroom. Everything was super clean and cozy. There was a fire pit and my kids...

What a great spot just outside the gate of Yellowstone! A friend had recommended it and we were glad we took it! We stayed for 2 nights with our 4 kids. The manager, Bob, was so friendly and makes a fire every night. The kids made s'mores and enjoyed the spacious grounds on the beautiful creek. Our room had a...

We have stayed more than once and always good. Creekside cabins are really cool. Nothing like a babbling brook right outside. Nice guys. The last time "Boss" let us use his kitchen to cook our dinner when barbicue wouldn't fire up

This lodge could not have been better. It's personable, a little rugged, very clean, and cozy. We stayed in 17. It had a kitchenette. I was glad I had some camping-type supplies to supplement. It's a half mile from the Northeast entrance of Yellowstone. Driving in Yellowstone is long, (3-4 hours from Old Faithful) but beginning in Lamar Valley every...

We stayed 11 nights at the Grizzly Lodge in Silvergate, Montana. Our little cabin, Creekside #14, was situated along Soda Butte Creek. We could hear the creek running by our cabin....what a relaxing sound. The cabin was immaculate. The Grizzly Lodge staff makes sure you have everything you need. Do understand when you stay in the Silvergate you are staying...
