It started off ok, it looks pleasant and nice out the front, the lady on reception was polite, although we did interrupt her tv viewing. The room itself was big and looked clean, although walking around with no shoes on, I found out it wasn't. The bed was large, but hard. The toilet was crammed in the bathroom and you... More

The room was small and cramped. There were only 3 channels on the TV, 2 were infomercials at prime time. The internet not reliable. The room seemed clean but it was dirty on the outside. It was within walking distance of the town.

This was not the best place to stay. I understand it is an older place however they take the cheap way out and you can see it. They do not clean the carpets, I saw lost of oil spots on the ground. The bathroom was done very poorly. Our room was so dirty I was scared to sleep in the... More

I read other reviews and had some concerns but it is so expensive to stay in Yellowstone that this was the best choice. True, it is an older facility but it was totally adequate for our needs. Beds were relatively comfortable and the room itself was neat. It was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, the water pressure was... More

The young Chinese nationalist exchange student at the front desk didn't have a clue what was going on when we checked in. She seemed annoyed that I was asking basic questions while operating her IPad. Was very difficult to understand her; she was essentially out of her realm. The room (210) was a 1 of 5..i.e., very poor. The bathroom... More

This was a very late booking because our original accommodation was surrounded by a forest fire. The booking seemed very expensive but everywhere seemed booked up. The room was far more than we needed, a family unit with 2 bedrooms and a living room. It seemed clean but was scruffy. There was a fridge-freezer, full sized stove, microwave, toaster and... More

Old motel that has no breakfast, fuzzy tv, refrigerator that rattled all night, broken sink, wifi that doesn't work, etc. You get the picture for almost $200 only is West Yellowstone where every other hotel is booked can they get away with such robbery.

As other travellers, we booked at the last minute, paid over $200 and found it was the worst value of all hotels stayed in during our drive across the country. The room was quiet, but the air conditioner is old and noisy. There is no fridge, phone, microwave or even a clock. The information folder in the room is well... More

We stayed here as part of a bus tour group last week. Everything is old in the room. Glass window in bathroom was badly cracked but there was a metal window protector security bar there at least. It's a terrible design with a sink outside the bathroom which was on top of carpets. I had to leave a towel there... More

This hotel was over $200 USD and was an absolute dive. No free breakfast. Shower curtain rod orange-brown and completely rusted. MacTac on bathroom window. Paint in the corner of the room peeling from water damage that was not repaired. Exterior air conditioner vent covers dented and falling off. Cheap, hard foam pillows. This room should have been no more... More
