A nice brown live horse (with bath tub for its water trough) in a big fenced area is the first thing you see as you pull up the driveway. A family of multicoloured pigs also greet you near the reception area (you can feed them your leftovers too says the guest note)! There is a big tennis court & nice...

Thanks for the extensive review! Sounds like you got the 'total bush experience' as well as the highest temperatures we've experienced in the southern highlands for ten years ! What to do about those crude bugs ? 1. Flyscreens are being worked on so thanks for the heads up. 2. We do choose toxic free over bug free and most...

This delightful rustic retreat is located in 50 acres of Australian bush overlooking Morton National Park and offering a great base to explore the Park and enjoy the walks around the magnificent Fitzroy Falls. There are around 5 cabins with each sleeping up to 6 people, great for families or groups of friends. We spent a few days with good...

These are bush cottages! Yes, a bit musty and very basic but that's what you sign up for. ( Not sure we signed up for the giant huntsman spider on the bedroom wall however you're in the bush so relocate him outside & move on!) The property has a tennis court & a pool, which got plenty of use by...

We were in Moss Vale for our friends eldest daughter's wedding and stayed at Twin Falls Bush Cottages for two nights. Our cottage was just as advertised great location, cabins well enough setup, as we were there for a wedding we required an iron and my wife needed a hair dryer neither was a problem. Our cottage also lacked coffee...

It smelt very musty as soon as we opened the door. The curtains were in disrepair and very mouldy. Linen yellow with age, pillows lumpy, very old and musty furniture, I have thrown out kitchen pans and essentials in better condition. Sewerage tank only a few meters away leaks and smells. No maintenance done to the property in many a...

Big disappointment obviously not being looked after properly and just in it to make money . No personal touches at all basic...

Simple, but well-appointed cabins surrounded by bushland offer a very relaxing escape. Walking tracks pass your door, and beautiful Morton National Park is just up the road. Only a couple of hours from Sydney, but feels even more secluded. A lovely spot in the Southern Highlands with friendly staff & a great atmosphere.

Cabin in the woods with wood burning stove and own outside real barbecue in the woods. Peaceful, comfortable and private, bird life, stars and endless walks and cycling tracks available in the nearby Morton National Park. If you want to then Bowral and wine farms are not far away. I was there for a weekend, took some steak, wine, did...

They located 15 minutes walk from the National park. The cottage is surrounded with trees and provides privacy. It is nicely furnished and the value for money is excellent. The owner is lovely and can help with bikes trails.

Fabulous opportunity for a city break, completely surrounded by bush & farm life, the cottages have most amenities & a wood fire heater to keep you cost. Trampolines, tennis courts & hiking are all minutes from your back door. Best of all mobile phones don't work here so a complete rest is possible:-)
