Had booked room 3days 2nights with breakfast for 2. The breakfast buffet was really sad with overcooked food and tasteless. Informed breakfast ready at 7am but only half of the breakfast menu was served. Everthing was there by 7.45 that is really dissapointing The fried kuey teow had HAIR in it. I was the third person to take the dish and taken it from an untouched side soo there is no excuses that some other customer hair might had fall of. The butter and jem for the toast bread are place in an open basket without lid and shared by everyone. Dust and breadcrumbs are everywhere. I called the PIC/Manager for the kitchen and said to wait for him. Waited 20 minutes but he didnt show up eventhough I saw him walking around the area. Pure nonsense. I brought my plate that had hair in it to him and only then he answered and admitted that it was HAIR. I immediately asked him to take the dish away as who know how much hair could be in that dish and other people didnt realize it. Then i meet the manager upstairs to report and he said will take action but who knows. Just go through the reviews and Im not the only one with bad experience here. Room got dead cockroaches also. See the pictures . Dont know what to say. The pool water also quite cloudy. The toilet also quite moldy. And trust me, you can hear everthing that is happenong outside as the door is not soundproof at all. Overall, i suggest to remove the title RESORT from the name as it is really not worthy…
Deluxe room 106. Toilet got cockcroch and the cleaner just came in and swept it out. Toilet not been cleaned again. Phone not useable. No wifi at room. Not able to change to another room.Plese shut down this hotel. It is just trying to cheat money.
I would certainly not expect 5 start hotel expectations toward the 4 star hotel but I have things to highlight to Hotel Management as minimum service one genuine guest has experienced. Front Office :- Check in was handled by one vulnerable trainee who can only offer us NO to our humble request of using the pool while the room to be ready. (Ended up we managed to go to the pool) As long as one in the hospitality, NO is a trigger to create unhappy customer. Advice is NO with alternative suggestion - service basic you should know. Concierge :- Basically there is no one extend a warm welcome but giving us a stare. Luggage service is certainly not what they offer. Swimming Pool :- Not accessible throughout the day, it operates by awkward timing of sessions. ( Weekday 1-4pm closed ) Reason given due to the cleaning. Swimming water clarity was scarily awful and it was milky. I doubt there is no proper chlorine test each day to maintain the water cleanliness. Facility :- Overall looked all worn out. Hotel interiors are all aged without proper maintenance. ex) Sofa at the lobby, it teared down the sheet. Kids play ground became dust collecting point. Lights deemed down and no lights on at certain area. Wild bats were freely rested right on top of the lobby celling. Don’t they carry lots of contaminating wild sickness which can transmit to human? If you let them rest up there, would you not worry if their filth drip down? Greens at the garden turned all brown, beach resort with brown grasses, it is not even close enough how the beach resort would look like? Coconut fully grown, you don’t prune them? What if those drop down to the guests? It is deadly if you could anticipate. Room :- Very minimum amenities offered. Towels only available for Bath Towel. No Hand towels. Vey little toilet roll with no spare. Breakfast :- Rotten Egg was served. Reported this to the staff but no reaction towards it. Food choices were beyond disappointing. What comes down to all the findings are Hotel limits the cost of its service to maintain. Looking at the prosperous business, there are cost to bare along the way to maintain its value. The squeeze that you take currently is definitely have started to reflect on your service and the facility you provide. You shall receive continuous disappointing comments and it is too late to retrieve brand value when you realize of its circumstances after all for your “savings”.…
Overall we had a decent stay. But i do have to highlight certain things: The good - service staff were efficient and responded quickly - overall cleanliness ok - convenient location -big swimming pool - seaview for all rooms -spacious The not-so-good - can’t charge to room when you order snacks/drinks from the coffeehouse. A nuisance when you are at the swimming pool. - on the last day, we were asked for the breakfast coupons, which didn’t bither binging down since they did not require it the first two days. I really don’t get this. - room balconies could cleaner upgraded The Bad - breakfast was a bad experience. Not enough food. Replenishment was late. Menu was nonsense. Western selection was ATROCIOUS - Tunamaya as an organisation and the chef should be ashamed. - refer picture. There was an underwear hanging on the door of the groundfloor(pool floor) male toilet throughout our stay. I don’t know what to say.. 😂😂 you don’t even see this in budget hotels! - also no seats in some common toilets Hope the management puts in some effort to improve. …
I stayed in this hotel in 08 July 2022 to 10 July 2022 with my fiancé. I won't say my stay was terrible because of the location and the beach coast. The staff there was welcoming but not friendly to serve. The hotel was poorly maintained, the rooms and toilets were not cleaned, not even to the basic standards. I was completely carried away by the photos. Expecting it will be the same standards as the neighbour since the prices were more or less same. Room: There was a land line and no directory for any emergencies. even if you press '0', no one to pick. Every rooms' Aircon, outdoor units are at the walk way/balcony. Motor noice through out night than sounds of waves. Breakfast: One of the terrible & boring BF, I have ever had. No verities, just same like the previous day.

Nice place to relax with affordable price. Breakfast with a lot of variety foods. Nice beach and beautiful beach. Easy to access place and find food. A big swimming pool suits for your family to swimming.
For a hotel like this you don’t expect much.it’s a old hotel where u expect some wear and tear.Rooms are big and clean. Overall service is good.Bellman and front office staff were attentive.Breakfast buffet was average.Nice view of the Sea in front of hotel.U can rent the Atv playing around the seaside.

small matters make it so much different, small details need to be improved, from iron bord to cleanliness, we pay for a hotel rate not paying for summer camp sleepover. check-in on April 2022. plan for 2 days decided to stay only one day because too tired to change the hotel.
