What more could you ask for. These peaceful lodges are perfect for a mini getaway. Hot tub on your very own private decking and privacy throughout. Lots of walking trails at a stones throw. Cosy warm lodges and peaceful surroundings

Booked pod 9 and was not disappointed, it was as expected from the description on the website. It's a little cosy but adequate with everything we needed. There were 2 of us, I think the pod would have been too small for 4 for 3 nights as per our stay. We used the 2 bunk beds as storage areas for... More

What an incredible place! We stayed in lodge 1 and it was huge and kitted out to the highest of standards. From kitchen to bathroom to bedroom all were superb. Tv's in both lounge and bedroom, fully fitted kitchen even had a dishwasher! The private hot tub was fantastic and kept hot all day and night. The surroundings are beautiful... More

We had a 2 bedroom lodge for a week. (no.3), 1 twin 1 double each had a bathroom with bath, shower and w.c. First impressions on being escorted to the lodge by the receiving manager were that it was immaculate. This proved to be accurate. Everything that was promised on the web site from the fluffy towels, crisply made beds... More

Having visited friends that were staying in caravans earlier in the year we decided to join them in September for a couple of nights. We do have (or really do) a caravan or camping normally so were delighted to find an alternative! For £55 a night we didn't have to pull and caravan or spend any time in the rain... More

My husband and myself stayed at the Deben Lodge this year with our son, daughter-in-law and our two year old grandson. We had a warm welcome and we all really enjoyed being there. Deben Lodge was roomy enough for us but I'm not sure how 6 adults would get on there. One room was very roomy with an en-suite and... More

Booked with Hoseasons for myself and my partner in July. When we arrived the site had assigned us a 3-bedroom lodge! We didn’t need all the space, but we were super pleased to be in lodge number 12, as it is on the very outside of the site and meant we had only one neighbour. If we were in any... More

This is the third time we have stayed at heathside. The first time was 4 years ago just after they had opened. Whilst we still had a nice time some of the 5 star luxury had gone. They have added additional cabins which means you feel crowded and overlooked. The decking, and outside furniture needs a repaint, the complimentary luxury... More

This should be a great site but I'm afraid that the owners let it down. It also trades as Heathside lodges. The site is a mix of wooden lodges (booked direct or through hoseasons etc), glamping pods and touring pitches. We arrived on bank holiday Monday to a view of overflowing bins which stayed that way until Wednesday, which wasn't... More

Upon arrival I was impressed by the setting. Away from the main roads of the village this site is located in acres of beautiful countryside and has a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The Lodges are top class, are immaculate in their appearance and cleanliness, are well appointed with great facilities and plenty of room for a family of four. The... More
