three couples who have been friends for years met here and had a wonderful time. Arlene is a very gracious host and a wonderful cook. Breakfasts were awesome, felt very much at home. Would highly recommend this place, out in the country, very peaceful and quiet. Saw turkeys and deer.

Arlene was the sweetest woman, and one of the greatest cooks I have ever known. Comfy beds, hot water, and a peaceful, cozy environment. It was pretty much just like being with family. The hospitality was out of this world.

Cute little place out away from I-80. Very welcoming and accommodating for horses! It's is a little difficult to find if you follow your GPS. Don't follow the GPS recommendation to follow canal road. Breakfast was good. This is not a typical B&B. You are staying in the operators home in the basement. I was surprised to find out I...

Pros -Arlene and Bob are great, they are true patrons and wonderful folk. Great stories and entertainment. -The basement is kept how you'd like it and was cozy and inviting. -The view is beautiful outside and very peaceful. Cons -The drive at night in the country can be quite scary, it is a gravel road in the middle of the...

I was a first time guest at Knoll's this week as I was on my way to...

Nice and quiet place in the country! We spent two nights with Bob & Arlene while attending the Train Fest in North Platte. As Bob was a retiree of Union Pacific my husband enjoyed hearing about Union Pacific. Wonderful breakfast! Would stay again if in area.

Very welcoming and comfortable. Enjoyed the wildflower garden and Arlene's impromptu tour. Finding the place was a bit of a challenge after dark, but it was worth the effort! Breakfast was traditional but delicious.

We had a nice room at an affordable price and a great homemade country country breakfast. Perhaps the best part was the atmosphere and the way that Arlene and Bob made us feel welcome in their home. We would definitely stay there again!

We spent one night at Knoll's Country Inn, which was a perfect halfway point between Lincoln, NE, and Denver, CO. It felt like staying at a family home, and we were so glad that we stayed in this home in the plains. We drove there at night and got a little turned around on the gravel roads, but enjoyed the...

I spent two nights at Knolls Country Inn and it was delightful. The food was outstanding and every thing was neat, clean, and comfortable. I will stay again when I return to that area. Bob and Arlene were friendly, helpful and wonderful. They gave me directions to the places I was visiting and I felt as though I was a...
