We reserved a room at this beautiful B&B after deciding to take our son to an overnight college visit. We were relieved to find something close to campus without having to pay the over inflated prices for a standard hotel room in Lincoln. My husband and I hadn't ever stayed at a B&B but Pat made us feel right at...

The B&B scene is great in Seward. Don't stay at the hotels, absolutely see if Liberty House or any other B&B has rooms first. Pat runs a great, low-key home with a made to order breakfast and comfortable rooms. The guest floor does have a shared bathroom, but it didn't bother me. Luckily, I had the place to myself. The...

Great, Great experience. I hope we have another chance to stay there. Pat is wonderful!! The rooms are large and cozy. Antiques everywhere and nice to explore. Full delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed 3 nights. Very inexpensive. In the middle of town. Thank you Pat!!! Pete and Shirley Garcia

If you are looking for an amazing experience with the charm of a small town, you will definitely find it here. This charming old home was build circa 1890 during the early days of Nebraska's development. However, the hidden gem is the owner. She gives this property the kind of charm you rarely find, a mix of great accommodations with...

We stayed here due to a death in the family from Seward. Pat the owner is very sweet, even chatted with me one night while making treats for church. The bed was ah-maz-ing!!! The kids had their own bed in the same room. After the cold frigid funeral, Pat had hot chocolate and movies for the kids in a snug...

The stay was just so nice due to the owner. Pat is just a perfect B&B owner and happy to make everyone feel welcome and comfy. The house itself is very architecturally interesting and filled with antiques. Bed are very nice, breakfast was great. The house like many older homes could use some upgrades but it is still the best...

Comfortable in summer with central air conditioning. Interior fire suppression sprinkler system. Some train horn noise from railroad crossing 1/2 mile away. Cable television in room. Would stay there again.

My dear friend came in from California and unfortunately could not stay at my home because she is allergic to cats (which I have). She told me that she could not believe the how nice the B&B was. Pat the inn keeper was warm and friendly and funny. She was tended to my every need and anticipated my desires before...
