Can a State employee deny access to pick up your child? Just asking to drive through Two Rivers State SRA to pick up my 9 year old daughter, and take her to our appointment. Ok, please allow me to explain... My Ex and daughter are camping out at Two Rivers SRA Thursday night 10-13-2016 with family and friends enjoying the...

This is a typical Nebraska State Park, that sucks! Playground is from the 50's. They allow people with Pit Bulls to visit. Stupid airboats that are loud and annoying on the river. Horrible bathrooms! People blowing off fireworks and m-80's at midnight! And, oh they do the same thing as Fremont Lakes...campers will drop their campers to hog the space!...

We rented the Caboose. It sure was different. Very clean. Had to bring your own linens. Has a nice little kitchen area with a small fridge, microwave, and electric burners. Deck outside of the caboose with picnic table. Fire pits next to the caboose. Walking distance to trails. Easy drive to lakes. Great quiet place. Only problem was that it...

We stayed in Caboose #2 and it seemed to have been freshly redone. The A/C worked great and kept the cabin nice and cool. There was room to sleep 6 people. There were 2 small bunk beds below and 2 mattresses up top. I do not think the bunk beds were quite twin size. The bathroom was very nice. The...

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place... but we camped in a tent with no electric... and liked it. Did not use showers as there none anywhere near us but enjoyed a quiet evening with lightening bugs all around and the sound of owls.

We rented a caboose for 2 nights and were very excited to try it out. Our caboose smells terrible. Like rotting or moldy wood. So bad in fact, we could hardly spend time inside. The furnishings are old and filthy. The chairs were black and soiled. It only comes with a mini fridge in which the freezer was frosted over,...

Attempted to stay here as part of a cross-country road trip. We made reservations along the way and was excited to get the chance to stay in a caboose! Unfortunately, my family (along with a couple of others in the building at the same time) were dismayed to find out that they had given away our reservation to someone else....

The restrooms are not cleanly and very unsanitary. Gross! Also, we paid all park and camping fees and we are told that we may not have our wood guy deliver firewood to us at the campground as it is to much competition for their wood sales!! WHAT??!!!! Really.....you obviously do not care about your customers. If you think we are...

I've been camping at Two Rivers for almost as long as I've lived in Omaha: it's 20 miles out of town but feels like a decent escape. Except for the high season, I've always found it peaceful and full of birds and jumping fish. I won't be back after my stay last weekend, however. The Goldenrod campground is always noisy...

Stayed overnight, not special not bad, I got exactly what I expected from this establishment. Nice staff room was clean, tv was a bit small, Didn't get many channels but it's in a great spot and located not too far from where I was going. Would stay again.
