We stayed here for 9 nights, it was honestly amazing! The hotel was so clean and the staff were so friendly. The walkway through to excalibur makes life a little easier in the heat! It was our first time in Vegas and we couldn't have had a nicer stay!

So Las Vegas was the last stop on our American tour and we were booked in to the Luxor. Now we had a rental car so had to use the onsite parking lot at the back of the hotel. There was plenty of spaces but the walk from the car to hotel reception took a good 10 minutes of power...

We had a large room in the west tower. It was a good size and clean but the view was terrible. The hotel itself has no natural light anywhere and has an unforeseen smell. Good range of restaurants - Rice is particularly good. Good location if you're attending a conference in the Mandalay Bay. The outdoor pool is drained in...

Everything in Luxor could have perfect except when my key card did not work, not just once but 2x! The first time, went to "check in" counter to have it replaced! It was early in the morning so no hassle. The second time, I went out to see 2 shows, I tested if the new key card worked, it didn't....

I will only stay at MGM properties in Vegas because of their superior service and quality of their hotels but I must say the Luxor is a huge disappointment in several ways. This was my 1st time here and I was in town for our annual SHOT Show expo. My first experience was with valet. Those guys seem to be...

Having not been to Vegas before, we had nothing to compare the Luxor with. We had 2 Pyramid king rooms next to each other on the 27th floor. One had been redecorated, the other had not. The redecorated room really showed how dated the other room was. Both were very clean and serviced daily. Very noisy A/C when it turned...

We stayed at the Luxor & everyone was pleased with our room & the price for staying. We did have long wait to register to check-in but otherwise it was a great stay. They have great night life & have shows or attractions every time we have visited Vegas. We had a fabulous view from our room.

We stay in the Luxor every time we visit the strip, but we have always been in the East or West Tower rooms/suites. This time we were in a Pyramid Suite and for us, it didn't work. While the room was large, it was tired looking, the bed was old and soft, and when the people next door opened their...

I have stayed here in the past and was very happy BUT this time I was there during CES and the first thing they did was change my room from a tower suite that I had reserved months in advance to a pyramid suite. I had specifically told them no pyramid rooms. They then moved me to a low floor.They...

Don't get me wrong we were crazy about this hotel, just getting into the elevator is a whole new experience. The room looked tired but very clean, a decent size and comfortable. As for the newly renovated rooms it will make such a big difference. The lines for the check in were incredible big, I would imagine that the hotel...
