Stay for 3/11-3/16, I approached front desk staff on morning of March 14th to see if my room was available another night, front desk staff said yes so I asked to extend stay an additional night. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the shuttle to and from the airport as well as to the strip. Well there was no shuttle driver half of my stay and there was no rotation in breakfast options. I check out on the 17th and saw my nightly rate was 3x as previous nights, had I been told the nightly rate would be greatly increased, I would have not extended my stay an additional day. I asked the general manager what the process is in conveying an increase in nightly rate only to never be told there is one. I contacted IHG as it's an IHG property with no avail. This hotel has beautiful suites with full kitchens and outdoor grills. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Pool is very nice. Hot tub could be warmer for the winter months. The fitness room is excellent. There is a shuttle that goes to the strip or airport, but....if the staff don't feel like running the shuttle they just won't go so it's hard to depend on this. If the shuttle service were more dependable it would be nice. That's part of the reason I was willing to stay off strip. Overall te staff were friendly.

This is my 2nd time staying at staybridge and i can't wait to come back. Rick, has the best customer service! He's so funny & polite. Always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Alex is great too. Love the stories he shared 😂 . Rooms are very clean. I really liked how we arrived early and both times, we were allowed to check-in early. They offer a delicious free breakfast.

Stayed here for a few days and had a great experience. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Having shuttle service was an added bonus if you’re heading to the strip or airport. Wanted to give a shout-out to Rick who is one of the drivers. Very friendly and informative. He made the our stay even better.

Was here for a few days and had a great experience. Very accommodating and staff were super friendly. Shuttle service to the airport and the strip were an added bonus. Wanted to give a shout-out to the driver Rick. Amazing and friendly person. Always has a smile on his face and very informative.

I’ve stayed at Staybridge Suites before and I love them. Very spacious suites. When visiting Vegas this will be my me go to hotel. I always book a suite. We visit my Father who lives in Vegas. We need a table to play dominoes. It’s difficult to play Dominoes on a coffee table. The staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous.

Excellent stay at Staybridge Suites Las Vegas. I’m a light sleeper. I was in town for a trade show and needed a quiet room in a hotel without a casino. Ethan acknowledged my IHG Diamond status and made sure to get me a quiet suite on a high floor away from the elevator. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was good and the hotel was convenient to the airport. Everyone was very nice. The hotel is well managed. I’m in Las Vegas on business often and I will definitely be back.

Nice, new, very clean. Everyone at front desk was so nice! The evening shuttle driver was AWESOME! Was able to easily walk to Allegiant Stadium! Highly recommend! We had the king 1 bedroom suite & plenty of room for my husband & I & our 20 year old son.
