I stayed at the Paris Hotel May 8-13th for a business trip to Las Vegas. First, the good stuff. I found the hotel to be clean and the entire staff was friendly. The text message request system for housekeeping was very nice, easy to use and fast. Casino was same as all the other casinos, food was fine as well. Overpriced buts that’s common in Vegas. Now for the disappointing stuff. Check in to the hotel late Sunday night was horrendous, I believe there were only two people working the front desk doing the best they could. The line was very long so I decided to try the kiosk self-check in. It was easy to use but at the end told me my room wasn’t quite ready and they would email me when it was. Why wouldn’t a room be ready at 12AM and why would you email someone instead of text them. So I decided to get back in the long line and just wait there constantly checking email while waiting to talk to someone at the front desk. Eventually I made it to the front desk, after checking in with them, they handed me keys. Still no email that my room was ready from the self-check in. An hour and half later I made it to my room. Two other disappointments with this hotel, the pool is only open 10AM to 5PM. I was never able to make it to the pool. The roof top bar closed at 11:30PM Thursday night. What bar in Vegas closes that early? Apparently this one. I will stay somewhere else next year.

Location is excellent that is why we returned to Paris Hotel. Lack of room cleaning in 1044, had to ask for extra towel and shower gel on first morning as 3 in room, then complained after 3rd day as no one had been near the room. When alas whoever cleaned the room did not clean sink, toilet or shower or replenish shower gel or leave hand towels, yeh the sheets were changed and bed made for the first time in 4 days. Nothing again day 5/6 we called reception to complain yet again, only to be brought towels, we left day 7, we did receive a discount of 150 dollars on checking out, but no apology was made by housekeeping or reception which is appalling, we only knew we had refund/discount when we saw it on tv, they were supposed to be calling us, will not be returning to Paris Hotel, we have never come across such lack of service. Pool was excellent and iced drinking water readily available if you dont want to pay the heavy price of 35 dollars for a cocktail

💯 the best location on the Las Vegas Strip, equal walking distance from the MGM Grand or the Wynn in either direction, and directly across the street from the magnificent Bellagio water show. Check in was quick and painless at a self serve kiosk. Room was clean and comfortable, although I discovered that one of my pillow cases has an old dried blood stain on it (a "clean" stain, if such a thing exists). Wifi signal throughout the resort was strong and free of charge. I had some noisy neighbors after midnight on the second night, but a quick text to Ivy, the hotel's virtual concierge, and voila! Problem solved. We dined at Cafe Americano and the Caesar's salad with salmon and cheesecake were to die for. I wished they posted performance times at the Le Cabaret, but I could not find any information and missed all the shows there. Without equivocation, I highly recommend the Paris Las Vegas for anyone looking for a great hotel at a reasonable price in the enchanting metropolis of Las Vegas. This hotel is beautiful and centrally located to the strip. It was easy to check in and out. The restaurants on the property are amazing. Loved it!! The shops were great too. Our housekeeping was on top of it too. I enjoyed the personal touch with a texting concierge. They delivered. I will definitely recommend this place. I’ll be back

The room was very nice and comfortable and very roomy. Only thing that we were not aware of was the surcharge to use the sauna in the spa of $50 per day. My husband was upset about this. The location was excellent in the center of all attractions with many options to eat at.
