The service provided here is wonderful. It was so nice to be picked up at the airport by Jen. She was very patient with us especially when we were at the wrong terminal. We booked our room through TripAdvisor which they never gave the information to Fortune Hotel. The night manager was fantastic. He searched all possible ways to find...

I checked in The Fortune Hotel and Suites on May 5th for a stay from 5/5-5/9. Upon check-in I was extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the room. The bed was made with a comforter and matching pillow shams. There were no pillow cases on the pillows, just the shams. I pulled the covers back to find stained...

I was in Las Vegas for a week and had to stay here for the last night of my vacation due to a Boxing fight being in town and most places where charging an insane amount for Sat night. Overall if you just need a place to stay that is cheap this is your place. It is clean and in...

Too scared to walk on the carpet as it was so disgusting. House keeping never left enough towels for three people. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired unless you were Asian, cold rice, cold boiled eggs, and some sort of onoin casserole. They did have waffles, toast, coffee. On our last day of leaving could not get near...

Rude unhelpful front desk. Front lobby smelled like rotten eggs... Don't expect to check in even 20 minutes early because they are trained to say no. Horrible service for a city known for service. The worst I have ever had in Las Vegas anywhere. I didn't even stay. I told them it was gross and I wanted to leave. They...

Good location - close to strip - about 20 min walk Cheap and includes breakfast that is basic but has porridge which was good. I like hotels that are small and I don't have to spend time walking corridors.

This place is a complete dive. Horrible smelling, very old, the beds were hard as a rock and still in plastic. Room was painted RED, and the paint everywhere was so messy. Tiles in the bathroom didnt match and the tv was a CRT ancient old tv. I felt so dirty everytime I had to enter this hotel. We came...

Stayed 1 night for business. Poor front desk, decor, grounds unkept, low lighting and access from anyone off Flamingo. Fridge was unplugged when i entered the roon and matress was warpped. Only 1 good quality - lots of hot water. Plenty of other options for the same price. First comment made at the front desk - "Please don't steal our...

For a second we thought the place would be bad to stay in because of the reviews we read before hand but he place was actually nice, quiet and comfortable to stay in I'd recommend it to my family or friends who go to vegas because it's cheap and still nice to stay in
