After staying with this hotel numerous times before, things have changed and we won't be back there ever again. The property has declined in overall customer service. When we last visited, we were greeted by a front desk clerk with a terrible attitude towards customer service. He was surly and did only what was absolutely necessary to get us checked...

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Bed was broken and looked slept in. Window screen was broken and hanging off. Pillow has no pillow case. Had to park in a dirt lot because they rent their spaces to the airport. Staff was rude and unwilling to fix things. Made my trip a mess. I regret ever booking...

In the first room we were given, the pillows looked rumpled. Pulled back the sheets and there was a smear of poop on the bottom sheet. The bed linens hadn't been changed at all. Called the desk, got moved to another room. Rooms are dingy, beds are small. Towels were thin, and there were 2 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and...

I was enjoying myself up until I had only 1 towel in the room for 3 people; 2 children 1 adult. I will be complaining to the General Manager. Because the "acting Manager" tonight called me the "B" word under his breath when I said how disappointed I was with the hotel not being able to provide towels for their...

The hotel is in a good location about 10 min walk from the strip however i would recommend getting the bus to the strip as walking in the heat it hard work. The rooms were very spacious and two queen sized beds that were comfortable. a fridge is provided in the rooms. The maids visited daily to give us fresh...

Our room was nasty, there was used soap in our shower. The bed was like sleeping on the floor, the floor may have been softer. Three little pillows, they need to be replaced. Old heavy box tvs. Breakfast: rice, pickled vegetables, frozen cheap waffles and pancakes and hard boiled eggs. We left without eating it was gross looking at it.

This is a non-smoking non-gambling hotel. The rooms are clean, large with beautiful furniture and a refrigerator. This small 3 story hotel has 1 elevator and parking space outside. Complimentary breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 till 10:00 am and you get coffee, tea, powder orange drink, precooked waffles and hot cake that you can warm up with a toaster...

I always use this hotel when traveling from Utah to California as a place to sleep until the next leg of the trip. Their rooms are spacious and decorated modestly but nice. The beds are comfortable which is a #1 priority for me. The super cheap $10 pet and resort fees shame all the other Las Vegas hotels. Although I've...

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Our room had stains on the sheets and carpet. The bed was the lumpiness bed we have ever seen. it was very uncomfortable and left you sore all over the next morning!! The hallway had a horrible smell! It was noisy all night they charged a resort fee which was ridiculous!! The....
