I checked in The Fortune Hotel and Suites on May 5th for a stay from 5/5-5/9. Upon check-in I was extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the room. The bed was made with a comforter and matching pillow shams. There were no pillow...More
I was in Las Vegas for a week and had to stay here for the last night of my vacation due to a Boxing fight being in town and most places where charging an insane amount for Sat night. Overall if you just need a...More

Too scared to walk on the carpet as it was so disgusting. House keeping never left enough towels for three people.
Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired unless you were Asian, cold rice, cold boiled eggs, and some sort of onoin casserole. They...More
Rude unhelpful front desk. Front lobby smelled like rotten eggs... Don't expect to check in even 20 minutes early because they are trained to say no. Horrible service for a city known for service. The worst I have ever had in Las Vegas anywhere. I...More

The hotel is located in a safe area, no doubt. There are always transients in LV. The hotel will lock up all the bathrooms after 9pm simply to avoid people hide in there. I used their computer room on the last day of my stay and there was a transients (dressed up quite decent) used the computer next to me. I have 5 hours wait for my flight and that person stayed there for over 2 hours but you know this person was not really using it. He felt asleep and dozed off. I pointed out this person to the staff when they came by and they kicked this person out.
The area is very clean. LV is cold at night even in the summer, transients are looking for shelters all over, this is inevitable. The transients are not too messy either, otherwise, they can be spotted at the entrance and they cannot proceed any further. The traffic is not too busy nor too noisy in this area. They have other hotels and decent eateries nearby, and some of them are quite expensive. So, the area cannot be too bad.

It is very close to the Stratosphere Casino, an old landmark, it s about a block away from the strip. Again, it depends on where do you want to go on the strip, the strip is quite long. They offer breakfast. Lucky Dragon is not motel 6 which they offer the same menu everyday. This hotel is not the grandest but of decent size, I believe their menu may change periodically.
