After waiting in the "Express" Check-in line for 40 minutes, we were denied the room we reserved, unapologetically and with no reason given. They downgraded us from a King suite to two full size beds overlooking the parking structure, right outside the elevators, and directly facing one of the cars of the stupid overpriced "high roller" ferris wheel, basically blocking...

After reading some reviews, we were a little worried, but to our surprise, everything was just fine. We were able to check in early with the help of an attendant at the kiosk, got the exact type of room we requested, and although the view was bad, the room was more than adequate. The refrigerator was a real plus, the...

The room was fine. The machines were bad. Food was good. Even self parking was high priced I do not recall paying for self parking at Harrah's, but the Linq must be higher scale than Harrah's though I saw nothing better.

You can't beat the location of this hotel! Right across from Caesars, it is in the middle of everything! The rooms have been recently updated and were very comfortable. We checked in later at night and when we arrived they were out of king bed rooms. They upgraded us to a nicer double bed room on the 19th floor for...

The elevators to the garage took forever, when they finally got there. The room took an hour to get ready even though I approximated my arrival time. Finally got to the room, where I thought the family would be on the same floor since they blocked off rooms for wedding guests. Finally the shower drain barely drained and 1 day...

Only went to casino did not stay here, found that if you sit at the poker machines at the bar you get much better drinks. I don't understand that. If you can get free drinks at the bar and have them be of a certain quality why not the same when you are at the slots? I ordered the same...

The first thing we noticed was how difficult it is to navigate this hotel - the route from the parking lot to our room via check in was a maze. We checked in on a computer terminal which automatically dispensed our room cards, and were prompted to check out via email so didn't actually interact with any hotel staff during...

where to begin... elevators were terribly slow, had to go up to go down after waiting 10 minutes. Not very well lit in hallways, rooms and bathroom were very small. Pool is a small hole in the ground, very few of the dealers were friendly and could speak English very well. Good thing our room was free besides the resort...

The Linq Hotel is pretty new and the rooms are well maintained and in very good conditions. The housekeeping does a fabelouse job - some times two times a day. But the hotel has probanly built on an old substance what you can see using the garage and some floors to the elevators - ugly and nasty. The reception is...

I agree the front desk and concierge (she was really cold and not helpful - I ended up booking our events at another hotel) could be more friendly and helpful esp. as it was our first time in Vegas and felt overwhelmed ..however.. our room was really lovely , clean, bright, and had a view of the pool. The room...

“Maybe being on the higher floors, more than 6, will give better opportunities to catch an elevator. The kiosk check in/check out was pretty good. The resort fees were more than I expected, but without the time share reduced room rate, we probably wouldn't have been able to afford it.”
