Housekeeping hadn’t arrived by 6pm when I called the agent said they will get to it when they get to it…wow the next day I was to check out and even though I had an occupied sign on my door at 11am sharp housekeeping was knocking on my door 🤦‍♀️

The Linq hotel is situated right in the heart of the strip in a casino that has a vibrant promenade adjoining it where there are plenty of restaurants and thinks to do. You walk out of your hotel and you are on the strip. The room my wife and I stayed in was absolutely massive compared to other hotels and it had all the amenities to make the stay a satisfying one. The bed was by far the most comfortable and biggest that we slept on during our trip. I loved staying at the linq and that's why i am giving it the glowing review that i have.

It was an ok stay, but the service wasn’t what I expected. I’m not sure if it’s because of the weekend, and they were too busy. I was asked about Housekeeping services, but then had to request it each time. The service was at 8 and 10pm. Checking in, the front desk was very helpful. Checking out, the front desk person didn’t seem as kind through her demeanor and tone. The room itself was just ok for me. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I rested after the day’s activities. The location of the room is nice. This place would be my last option, if I stayed again.

Ooh geese what an experience!! Day one our room wasn’t ready and we didn’t check in until after midnight!! The room had holes in the walls, outdated appeal, the outlets on the room didn’t work and the A/C unit made a squealing sound all night. The only accommodation for this experience from customer service was late check out on our last day. No room reassignment, service tech said to unplug the phone and lamp in order for us to use the outlets! This hotel costs me more per night than Harrahs and I regret booking this hotel for my son’s 21st birthday.

Pro’s: -Clean linens and sheets Con’s: -Mildew-y, not very clean shower -No refrigerator in our room, but there was one in our friends’ room -no tv remote, even after calling front desk and being told someone would be right up with one. No one showed up. -signed up for housekeeping, was gone all day from 9:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Housekeeper showed up at 4:50 when we were there and getting ready for the night. Asked them to come back but they said they couldnt and their shift was going to be over in 5 min. Oh well! I might stay here again, but I would prefer somewhere else just because of variety (soooo many options in Vegas), and because it was a long walk to our event at the Allegiant Stadium, but that’s not the Hotel’s fault. I just feel that even though the Linq isn’t the fanciest/most expensive hotel on the strip, but expectations should be met based on the price you pay.

I stayed at the Linq for the opening week of March Madness March17-20. I arrived early with my daughter and sons .We each had separate rooms .I've been coming to Caesar properties for 16 yrs. My daughter became ill when we arrived so I asked for the first available room and I was told to check back after 12. Nothing was available till 2. I took my daughter to our room and turned on the tv for her because she really enjoys collegiate basketball. The TV did not work We had 3 maintenance calls and could they could not fix it So they decided to change my room,,,,, the following day. We got the new room by 2 the next day but my daughter was still ill and had missed almost 1 1/2 days of the tournament while sick in her room. I paid $500 for the first 2 days. They gave me a $50 food voucher which I mentioned was not enough. On checkout I was charged resort fees and had booked my reservation when I was a Diamond member . Diamond members do not pay resort fees. On checkout I was charged for resort fees .The MGR told me she could not remove resort fees because it was separate billing from the hotel. I told her I was not happy with her being able to investigate the discrepancy and would file a complaint Plus my daughter was still ill and waiting to go home. All the tables and chairs away from the bars did nor allow you to eat food' The Bar at the corner of the Promenade had outside and inside tables and chairs with a posted sign no eating at the tables. I started coming to the Linq when it was still the Imperial Palace .A inexpensive place to stay in the middle of the strip. The atmosphere for this tournament was low energy. This trip was a terrible experience .It reminded me of the old Imperial Palace .I will not stay here again.

Let me start by saying that the weekend we came in March the rooms were close to $300 a night and the best we could do for a central location on the strip. The room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good. Location can't be beat. However the hotel is dumpy and stinks of cigarette smoke. You register on a kiosk, but the line does move fast and there is staff to assist. The dining options are basic but abundant. Your first clue should be that it has 2 Dunkin Donuts. However, It's a rip off for the price we paid, and I won't stay here again simply because it smells of cigarette smoke, it's crowded, and the night before the prices quadrupled, the clientele could only rival those you may find at Circus Circus. As the price increased, the caliber of guests somewhat did too. Plus they told me that if I wanted a room near my friends in District 3, it would be an upgrade as it included a fridge. So I get to my room in District 1 and it has a fridge. Not sure what that was about. The safe didn't work and our lotion dispenser was empty. Water pressure is really low. Like drip drip. But they addressed the safe and lotion quickly. It's perfect for $50 a night but at $300, pick another weekend and stay somewhere better for that price.

Just got here yesterday the room is a disappointment. No refrigerator. The safe is not working. Not Even a table. The air conditioner is noisy. The plugs to charge the phone. And watch is not working. I paid fifty dollars to check in early too. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I’ve been in Vegas several times this is not good.

Took a chance on booing the Linq as part of a package deal, and glad I did. The hotel is dated and turns out I stayed there when it was the Imperial Palace. Wow, what a renovation must have happened! The room was basic but very good. The room was clean as was the bathroom- and it was well stocked. My room had a fridge but my friends fridge was missing. The beds were very comfortable. Appreciate that the rooms are all non-smoking. The casino is new and modern/updated. The restaurants and the Promenade where all good from what I experienced. The Mat Franco Theatre was perfect for the show he does (and the show is absolutely worth it!) Yes the view was not great, and the check in experience (with the kiosks) did not go well, but all the employee encounters I had were great (especially the lady helping at the check in kiosks at 4pm on March 18, 2023- unfortunately I forgot her name ☹️) I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a great location central to the strip, a good bed and shower, and friendly staff… that’s what it’s all about right?

Turned off by Caesar’s Brand now! I arrived around 12:30 PM and check-in is at 4:00. They were charging $30 for early check-in (which means they have a room ready). Just let me in if a room is available. When I was checking out at 11:00, there were some people trying to check in early and they were quoting them $60!! It’s just ridiculous! MGM does not do that as I checked in early at the Park MGM after leaving The “weak” Linq and no charge. Aside from this, this hotel is very average. I wouldn’t stay here again. Too many better options.
