The hotel was in an excellent location for accessing the highway system, which we utilized for various soccer tournament locations. The breakfast was above expectations, with fresh and quality food choices - I am grain-free and could still enjoy the excellent protein offerings. Exercise facility was well-appointed and clean!

Great new hotel located off-strip! We found this gem by chance and are glad we found it when we did due to the great rates for practically a great hotel. We called the morning of since our flight landed way before check-in and they were able to check us in early and we were also able to confirm their shuttle to the hotel (if you are using this service I would recommend highly you call when you land to get more info and confirmation for the shuttle arrival time - it is supposed to run every half hour but it is a shared shuttle with other nearby Hilton hotels). The room was nice and upgraded and had modern finishes and spacious for our king sized bed. The shower actually had hot water! The pool was underutilized but was very convenient and great to relax in and clean. The fitness room was also great and had the basics of a hotel gym but with new equipment it felt like it was sufficient to what you need to have an adequate workout. The breakfast was one of the biggest perks - it is not your basic breakfast at other hotels (ie. pre packaged foods). You legit get different options and each day the eggs/meat/vegetables were different and of course there was a waffle station. Further, all the staff was 5 stars in regard to customer service and legit being cared for by them as if you were family. There is an ATM on site for those interested ($3.99 fee). In terms of practicality in getting to the Strip, rideshare is going to cost average ($15-25 each way). We opted to use the public transit (RTC). There is a bus stop less than a 5-min walk to catch the #117 route and then transfer at the South Transit Terminal to the DEUCE which takes you all along the strip. For a 3-day pass, you get unlimited rides on all RTC routes (includes 117 and DEUCE). On the way back, you have better luck making the 15-min walk from the end of the outlets to the hotel rather than transferring from DEUCE to 117. The 117 runs every half hour and the DEUCE every 10mins. The outlets and food locations near the hotel was also a huge plus. For improvement, I would recommend better firmer pillows, a way to communicate to housekeeping when to come back if they cannot get to your room (we went about a day or two without service but we were always ironically in our room between trips to the Strip when housekeeping was there); and finally, a better system for the shuttle in terms of arriving as it could be confusing. staff is excellent. Sierra, Jason and manager Andrea went way above and beyond. Great gym for the hotel type. Hotel is clean and same with the rooms. Parking was fine. Also had good snack selections. Only a few minutes from seeing the Golden Knights play

Worst experience ever with a Hilton property. Have been an Honors member for more than 20 years and stay at Hiltons regularly...booked a night well in advance of a busy event, with an affordable price for Las Vegas. Was so excited to stay here with a daughter and a friend. Arrived at the airport at 9 p.m., and remembering happily that they had a free shuttle, called for a ride. Was coldly told that my reservation had been canceled a few hours before (while I was on a cross country flight) because the credit card linked to my longtime Hilton account had expired. The clerk was unapologetic....told me they had emailed and called (again, while I was on a plane, well after confirming this reservation repeatedly weeks before and even the day before), and then just canceled our room before I ever had a chance to respond. Is this how loyal "Honors" members are treated? Hilton customer service was zero help--after an hour on the phone, mentioned a hotel 8 miles away, at double the price and said every other Hilton was sold out---that's why we had booked early. Heartless employees, terrible policy toward any customers, never mind members, leaving us stranded and having to pay for an expensive unplanned night elsewhere. Was not about to give Hilton my money after this. Beware if you book here. Honors membership clearly counts for nothing.…

Super clean, great breakfast, close to everything and staff was friendly. Then I got my final bill where $4 was added for 2 sodas. Absolutely did not get any sodas. When I called to dispute the charge I was treated like a liar. The charges were removed but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Perfect off strip property! Clean, quiet excellent breakfast and friendly staff! Free shuttle service to and from the airport. I will stay here on my next strip to Vegas. Hopefully next time they will have hashbrowns on their breakfast buffet

Would stay here again without a doubt. Attentive, friendly & helpful front desk. Plenty of parking and felt secured ( it is not gated but felt safe). Its located near the strip and other locations we visited( about 10-15 min away from things) The room we got was a double bed and felt the room was spacious enough. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The bathroom counter was spacious and good lighting. I really liked how the room was really clean and also smelled clean ! Breakfast was really good ( really enjoyed the ham sausages or whatever they were) . I like how they have coffee available at the lobby at all times. Did not use the other amenities but will be back & check them out next time! If i needed to say a con, it would be that the full lenght mirror is located behind the bathroom door. The bathroom door is also a sliding door so its kinda awkward if you have someone using the bathroom and someone using the mirror at the same time.…

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff (June and Jason) made us feel at home. The complementary breakfast was very good, room was spotless, top notch gym, pool and hot tub were amazing, very good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The airport shuttle was very reliable. Tremendous value! We loved this place and will be back!
