Gold member status didn't seem to mean anything here. We were never offered any details about benefits or the water that we were supposed to get. I've stayed at many Conrad hotels around the world and this room didn't live up to what I've come to expect from a Conrad. There are better options on the Las Vegas Strip. Check-in and check-out took a long time. Even though I was in a separate line for Gold and Diamond members, the standard line moved faster. Staff were friendly but never advised us regarding member benefits and the $25/day credit. Upon check-out we found out that the credit only applied to two restaurants that we couldn't eat at due to our dietary restrictions. I was unable to connect to the wifi using my guest credentials and had to continuously use the non-guest wifi. I decided to just continue using that wifi instead of having to wait for the staff to help with this since it seemed that the hotel was understaffed during our stay.…
I have stayed at Venetian, Palazzo, Arya, Cosmopolitan, MGM, park MGM and other smaller hotels and decided to try Resorts World Conrad Hotel this time. We checked in on a Tuesday and I must admit the hotel room is very clean, similar to Conrad Honkong and Macau standards, front desk and everyone in the hotel very helpful and friendly, valet is free, parking is ample and easy, the hotel is easy to navigate, whether you are a gambler or just staying in the hotel to relax, the rooms are clean, high ceiling, bathroom is big, and even if you are at the other end of the strip, you can still walk to Wynn, encore and peppermill diner is just in front of you. Going to the old town Freemont street and the outlets is also near , not needing to take the freeway, mahybe some suggestions to the hotel management to have free water in the rooms, Arya had Fiji water for guests consumption,. I hope they can maintain this cleanliness and standard as I plan to try Hilton the next time wed come to Vegas, there is also a food court in the ground floor with enough choices for everyone, the casino is well lit and easy to access, the rates are quite reasonable and i hope they can maintain these standards in the years to come, kudos to the manager…
We absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. Check-in was easy. No issues with the key cards or lifts. The room was SO COMFORTABLE! I want to take the beds home with me. Lots of food options downstairs, including the street food market which was fun. Easy access to Las Vegas Boulevard and sights on the strip. The only reason I'm deducting a star is the kicker of a resort fee charged at the end of the stay - $50 per night. It is a brand new hotel but I still think its steep.
I don't know where all the bad reviews came from!!!!! We just spent 3 Days at the Conrad and everything was above what we expected. The check-in was fast and efficient. All the staff was friendly and courteous. The dining offerings were outstanding and moderately priced. The pols always had chairs available. All this is in contrast to what others have posted. If in doubt, the Conrad is a great choice.
Got a fantastic rate of £82 a night inc tax to stay here for 3 nights via Hotwire ( it was $321 in total including using a $15 Hotwire voucher that I had). I have to say it is an absolutely first class property and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is a brand new property ( only opened in Summer '21) and you can tell. Everything is spotless. Loads of great restaurants and amenities on site. The room was massive - Asian 5 star standard in my view. Parking was provided free of charge ( a bit of a rarity in Vegas these days), but I understand that might end up changing ( sadly). Had a great view of the strip and Trump tower and of the pools area. They provide some very expensive toiletries ( Mojave Ghost) in the very opulent bathroom. It was cool that you can get your Hilton Honors app to act as a key for your room. Pool areas were awesome with towels provided with a friendly smile and no fuss. They do get busy, but if you get there when they open first thing ( 9am) you can get a decent spot and have a lovely time. The only potential downside I could see is the location - it is opposite Circus Circus at the top end of the strip. So it is a good 30-40 minute walk from the central strip. But I used the very convenient Deuce bus that runs very frequently from outside the hotel and you were central in no time, and had the added bonus of mixing with the lively Vegas locals. It costs $6 for 2 hours, or $8 for 24. I would massively recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Sin City.…
