Stayed here for work for 2 nights. I am a gold HHonors member and work booked this place for me. There is no digital key and upon check in I had to swipe my credit card for $300 security deposit and a 2nd time for the actual charge for the rooms. Then a lady said she had a "welcome package" for me which was for her to sell a timeshare offering after looking up my info with my room #. I said "that is okay and I am not interested" in $199 3 night stay somewhere. The lady then said "I know its OKAY!" Wow you want to sell me something while screaming at me at 9 pm after a long work day. Already a bad sign. Then I go to my room and it is dated. There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had the toilet seat up with yellow urine in it. YUCK! Then there was popcorn on the couch and chair. Then another dirty paper towel in the kitchen sick. The kicker was the sheets had dots of red dried blood. So I had to ask for new sheets. SOOOO gross. The bed was old and sank upon sitting on it. The couch was dark brown velvet and I did not touch that seeing the left over popcorn all over. Velvet is not easy to clean and again not sure of the room being cleaned after what I walked into. The balcony was nice but scared someone would come in that way since I was on a low floor. The room was large. There was a small kitchen with a microwave, full size stove, sink and full size frig with freezer. Great for families. Had to use bleach wipes to wipe down door handles and surfaces. Just old and dingy. There was a dining table with 4 chairs. The heat was strong in the hall way and smelled like old wood. There are several buildings so its confusing at night which building to drive to after checking in. Never stay here again and would visit other Hilton brands.…
If you are looking for an off strip spot to stay that is a short drive to all of the action, this is your spot. The unit was well appointed, but could use a few updates(Especially the Couch). Beds were comfortable, and the view of the strip from our balcony was solid!
Used Travelocity to book. As a family we liked this place. No visible gambling machines, close to the strip, resort like and the pools looked nice but being November we did not try them out. We had a two room suite with twin beds and pull out sofa bed that was perfect for the five of us. Room was fine, no issues, and friendly staff. Only con is once they have your phone number, they won't stop texting and calling. Last call they said, next time you will be charged $1000 for a stay trying to pressure me to buy a vacation package. I'm not too keen on the threats, so be warned about that. Maybe use a temp phone number to get around their hustle.
Took husband here everything was great. All u need is clothes and food to cook. Great price. Away from all the crowd. Great water park. It was like home away from home. When I return I will most definitely stay here.
This was where a time share presentation was. The sales person was horribly rude, degrading and yelled at me for not buying a timeshare. He brought in a second person and she acted Ike I was stupid. We were there for over three hours and did not receive tickets we were promised. Stay away from these vultures.
We really liked our room. It was big enough for our 3 adults and 2 children. Had a view of the strip even though it is quite far away. It was nice to see the lights at night. I would like to see what the resort is like in the summer months as when we got to the resort we found out that the big pool and 2 of the slides were closed because it was past October. Pool temperature was good. Staff closed the pool and hot tubs when it started to rain and didn't reopen them for the rest of the day even though it had stopped raining and was sunny outside. We asked if we could pay for a late check out as two of our party were sick with a cold and our flight was not until the evening but the staff didn't seem to want to hear about it. They did let us stay until 11am which helped a little. Overall we liked the room but were disappointed with the pool situation and we really booked the hotel for the pool so in my opinion we didn't get what we were expecting.…
Overall, it was a good stay. Rooms are good sized, although the kitchen is small. We didn't use the kitchen so it didn't bother us. Service was ok, but a little slow. Not sure if they have staffing issues or not. There on-site convenience store was closed all four days we were there. Pool area looked nice and the onsite restaurant was pleasant. It probably could use some cosmetic updates, but as far as the stay, it was good. Wouldn't have an issue staying here again.
All went great .. kitchen is small. we had the call for pots and pans . Needs updating . But clean and comfortable. Staff was great and very accommodating. All issues (Minor), were handled great ! Will stay again ! Love being off the strip !
Super family friendly and a great place to stay! It’s the perfect distance from the strip. The pool is amazing. Each room has two bathrooms and king sized beds! I would 10/10 recommend you stay here! Also the kitchen is like fully stocked I included pictures so y ’all can see exactly what they have. Full sized fridge, over, and dishwasher.
resort its beautiful from outside such as pool and decoration but rooms are terrible and beds are not comfortable , breakfast almost available in every hotel with the fees that they charge at cancun resort , resort fees does not make sense when i reserve paid full for the hotel and at arrival they ask me for $32 a night for the resort fees jeees , then $300 deposit money for this hotel its a joke . good luck
