Beautiful hotel! Clean rooms. No casino which is very nice. The store could use a little updating but has potential. The location is currently 'not great' but with the new hotel being built across the road it will bring some classiness to this end of the strip soon.
Great place to stay in Vegas. Some things you should know up front. There is no gambling at the hotel, nor smoking. This leads to a more family-oriented hotel. You will not find loud DJs with massive, 21+ pool parties, with people falling down drunk. This is a major benefit. If you are coming to vegas looking for the party hotel, this is not the place to stay. Hilton Grand Vacations has some wonderful amenities. First, the rooms. If you get a one bedroom or larger, expect a full kitchen, including a washer and dryer. A wonderful benefit if you plan to visit anywhere and don't line the lingering smell of smoke on your clothes (a hazard visiting any casino in Las Vegas). The Studios are more like a large hotel room, but you won't be disappointed. The pool area is large, with quite a bit of seating. There are lots of plants and trees which help keep it a bit cooler in the hot desert. There are numerous hot tubs, as well. The bar/poolside restaurant has a smaller menu, but more than enough to choose from for a meal. They have grills available for you if you want to cook outside. I found the staff to be very helpful, including checking in with me using texts. I appreciated they followed up on any needs, such as needing more shampoo or dishwasher pods. If you plan a longer stay, we used Amazon Fresh to deliver food to cook. We have also used Vons in the past. Both are great options if you want to avoid expensive restaurants on the strip. Finally, the hotel is located a bit away from other hotels on the strip, except for the Sahara, Strat, Circus Circus, and Resort World. This is actually a good thing. When you try and catch a bus, there is always room. Also, the interstate entrance is close so you can quickly get where you need to go when you want.…
My husband and I just celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, immaculate and safe. Our one bedroom apartment was quaint and romantic and was equipped with all the amenities of home. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing awesome experience.
It’s a beautiful well kept place! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the various events and activities in the area! They check on you to make sure you have everything you need. I recommend this place it makes the experience even better!!!
Terrible! They sure make the freebies sound good, but buyer beware! We were told this would be a 2 hour presentation. We were lied to from the very beginning. Turned into an all-day horrible experience. Trying to get out of these is a nightmare. Finally, get to the end where we get the 'freebies' and was told of a very enticing opportunity. In which we would get airfare for 2 included with the points package we buy of enough points to get us to Hawaii. It sounded good because we certainly could not afford the exuberant price of the membership (especially in the CAD exchange) We return home only to call several times to the Hilton Grande vacations number, leaving numerous voice-mail never to hear back. After calling our credit card company to dispute the charges , Hilton Hilton calls us about our inquiries, to which they say NO flights are included at all! I texted and tried to call the agent who sold us this...surprise no answer. I'm still trying to dispute the charges based on false advertising and downright lies. Do not purchase this. Sadly, this experience is putting a smudge over anything related to Hilton for us and the others who traveled to Las Vegas with us. …
The suites are very well done and have a kitchen containing everything you need to enjoy your stay. You can buy groceries, sandwiches, salads and even fresh pizza in the mart on the ground floor. The pool was delightful as we were always able to find some shade to sit around the pool. The pool had an impressive amount of staff to keep everyone safe. There was a concierge to help with info and tickets. There were plenty of Ubers all day long going to and from the property. There was a daily $25 resort fee which I didn’t mind paying because it included wifi and parking and two bottles of water everyday. I suggest you bring that water with you during the day because water was expensive at shows and the food court at the nearby Resorts World food court, which by the way is absolutely awesome.…
This property seems to have forgotten WHO the customer is and that they work for us ..I make a guest reservation and accidentally spelled the last name wrong… Houser and I had typed Houser … not like it was Brown and Smith checked in. It was a freaking nightmare as some young girl at the front desk told them “ your name doesn’t match” Now you decide who the idiot was ! Thank God we own at Elara and not this Hilton.
Beautiful Hotel, Great food, Good Service, Clean, Gorgeous rooms with washer/dryer. Close to everything. Far enough away from the frat party but close enough to walk! Grabbed groceries ate breakfast in the room, lunch at the pool and dinner out. Teenagers LOVED the sports courts and felt they could navigate on their own.Felt safe and would recommend without hesitation!
This is a beautiful property, with all the right appointments and amenities. We were a family of ten, staying in two apartments, side by side. Spacious, clean and quiet. A little walk from the main strip area but still very walkable and only a few dollars to grab a rideshare. They offer a time share for sale if you are looking to buy into that. There is a bar and market area for snacks and such but no restaurant at this property. We were ok, having a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as a meal option, The pools, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard and outdoor lounge areas gave us lots of options for leisure too! Very nice experience!
Be aware of dishonest Hilton grand vacation club sales people. Paying a bit less for a hotel for sitting through a 90 min (more like half a day) presentation might sound good but it will turn into a nightmare and you'll pay much more than just getting a hotel without strings attached. At least checkout the complaints on BBB site for yourself. I took a deal from one of their telemarketers after being called several times. The deal was not bad. Something like 2 night in a suite for less than $200 as long as you sit through their sales pitch. I did go to the presentation and at the end each person was picked by an individual sales person. The whole thing took much longer than promised and I firmly said no to all the offers the sales person had for me. At the end she said that she understood that I can't purchase and that she had to get her boss before l could go. The Boss came in and presented me with a similar deal I had already gotten for the Vegas hotel "just so we have the chance to talk to you one more time". He gave me some options and I picked one in hawaii that provided me with 4 night in a suit for a low price if I sat through another presentation over there. He took my credit card and I signed for the few hundred dollars that he charged me; the amount which I thought was all I had to pay. It turned out to be a down payment and the cost of the vacation they sold me was actually much higher. I found out several months later that I was being charged monthly and had so far paid about $1700. I could have found accomodations for my Hawaii trip for less or similar figures without sitting through their presentation, picking a time window or being limited to a certain area and hotel. If you have taken one of their deals, don't sign nothing after presentation unless you read every fine print and record your session too cause I did read and don't remember signing anything that'd put in me in this situation. At the end I'd say I would have been much better off just paying couple hundred more to begin with and not deal with dishonest sales people.…
