We are owners at the Grandview and just completed our 5th stay there. Having stayed in the Daisy and Sage Buildings before this trip we got to try out the new Honeysuckle Bldg. We found it to be on a par with the Daisy as the Sage is one of the first buildings in the development and is getting a...

We stay at the Grandview at least once a year and have always had an exceptional experience. My kids love the pools and Southepoint Casino is so close with the movie theater, dining, bowling, concerts and arcade I feel its part of the Grandview Resort. We did however get stuck in the elevator once for about 40 min but they...

The resort is south of the Las Vegas Boulevard and a rental car is necessary. The resort is across from the South Point Casino which was fabulous for lots of reasons that aren't related to gambling like food, movie theaters, performances and bowling. Rooms were spacious and kept well. Grounds were kept in excellent condition. Heated outdoor pools were awesome...

We arrived at Grandview at a rainy night in January. Maria at front desk lent us her “personal” umbrella. She also helped solving issues we encountered during our two-week stay. Maria made us realize that “honor customers” is not about words engraving on a plaque in the lobby. We feel pampered in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and eager to please but the resort itself needs stronger management. We stayed in a new building; however, there were fingerprints left on the walls of both the bedroom and living room. In addition, the mattress in the bedroom was broken and after two nights of uncomfortable sleeping, housekeeping came and changed the mattress. Also,...

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay with us. We were surprised to read your comments as most people choose the Grandview at Las Vegas because of our proximity away from the Strip. We are glad to hear that you liked your unit and are sorry that there were issues with your sink. If The...

They have everything to eat under the moon in there for under $10. Incl dessert & drink! I can't wait to fly back to condo... Hope very soon....

Became victims of bed bug bites. After our trip coming home for some odd reason the bugs got into our house and the house became infested too. It's been a nightmare cleaning the whole house. Anyone staying at resorts and hotels be sure to inspect the beds, couches and sofa bed for any sign of bugs before sleeping.

We're truly sorry for the experience you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately no hotel or resort is immune to bed bugs, but on those rare occurrences we have a policy in place to combat the problem. Once the guest leaves the room, the unit is placed out of order and an exterminator is called to inspect the unit. We're not...

Just enjoyed a full 7 day trip to this beautiful resort, filled with so many amenities, not sure where to begin to describe. Relaxed atmosphere in each condo, featuring 2-suites joined by a mutual foyer. Shuttle leaves every hour for a small fee to the strip, less than 10 minutes. Fabulous discounts to shows upon arrival.
