The hotel is not customer faced, when we arrived nobody explained us where's the lift, breakfast place, etc. Rooms are acceptable, but that's it. I don't understand if my breakfast is included (the receptionist wasn't able to tell). Finally, you need to be careful when sending packages to the hotel because THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 5, 10, 20 & 40... More

We stayed in Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel for a night on Nov 4 2016. We were on our journey from Houston TX to San Jose CA , and took a detour for visiting Las Vegas for a short trip. We were helped greatly by the staff in finding space within Hotel Complex for our truck. The reception staff was very... More

Check-in was dreadful! When we arrived we were told by a grumpy man that had obviously a bad day, that our room wasn't ready and to wait in the lobby and that they would call me on my mobile when the room was ready, not good! as a foreigner I would be charged the call rate - after 30 minutes,... Huge sigh of relief checking in here after having spent the last 5 days at another (horrible) hotel in Vegas for a work conference. The hotel was pristine and even better than I had hoped for. Bed was amazingly comfortable and very quiet! Every staff member I dealt with was incredibly professional and accommodating. Loved the Aveda toiletries in room.... More

I've stayed in many Renaissance hotels and this was well below my expectations of the brand. It looks like it was probably something else prior. I like the fact that it's off the strip but it's wedged between the convention center and a run-down, 2-story apt complex. Only decent view is of the Wynn golf course across Paradise so would... My company requires a lot of rooms each year for the SEMA show, and this hotel is hands-down the best for an exhibitor who may have need to do considerable running back-and-forth to the LV Convention Center. Upon check-in, the staff recognized me (i.e., not a lot of turn-over), all the reservations were well-organized, and the process was speedy. The... More

When attending SEMA each year I prefer the Renaissance hotel because of its location and the fact that it does not have a casino. When I checked in I recognized staff members from previous years. Yousef was helpful and friendly, making it easy. My room newly furnished with comfortable contemporary furniture and new mattresses. They have a nice gym and... More

I love staying here. It's perfect location away from the strip. It's quiet and clean. Everyone is very welcoming. The amenities are fantastic, the pool is beautiful! I will continuously consider staying here.

This was a business trip that I was lucky enough to bring my wife on. She likes big hotel rooms and great views. When we got there we got a nice room with a good view. No issues really. I requested a suite upgrade but none where open. The staff put me down for one the next day without me... More

I stayed here because I was going to Las Vegas to hike, and went to Red Rock, Bryce and Zion (not all in one day). I appreciated the complimentary valet parking and friendly staff. The pool area has little sun, situated as it is between the buildings, and is set up to be a nice place to just be outside... More
