Check-in: I checked in for a business trip late afternoon and was promptly greeted by a very friendly young man. He was quick and professional; I was to my room in less than 10 minutes of arrival. Beautiful lobby with plenty of seats available and great lighting. Room: My room was really a great sized room. I cannot get over...

Thank you! The best type of feedback that we can receive is about our staff, and they were all excited to read your comments about the Front Desk, the Club Lounge, and the Grill 55 teams. They do try to build a rapport with our guests, and we hope to welcome you back in the near future! We appreciate you...

My wife and I came with my family to celebrate the renewal of my parents' vows. The staff at the Renaissance made our stay nearly perfect! Everything from the upgrades to service... Perfect! Adrianne and Stephanie are 2 standout employees that really helped us out and went above and beyond. The only thing that stopped this from being a perfect...

FYI: This hotel is not a gaming hotel. There is no casino or smoking inside. Great proximity to the Las Vegas Convention center South Hall, literally, a one minute walk. The monorail station is also next to the South Hall and the first stop southbound will get you on the strip. There are 7 stops along the strip and the...

We frequently stay here and most times everything has gone very seamlessly. The hotel is usually very clean and beds are comfy....although we hate the flat pillows!! There is plenty of space to put your toiletries and they even give you a mini fridge! We had only one bad experience. Hopefully it never happens again. The last time we went,...

We usually stay on the Strip but found a deal at this hotel and decided to give it a shot. The decor is terrific -- modern and stylish. Beautiful lobby and great use of Vegas-themed art (tasteful, not tacky) in the guest rooms. We discovered just before our flight took off that we were booked in a room with two...

The room was clean and spacious, check in was quick and the young lady who helped us was more than helpful. Location is good as we were driving and free parking. Close to the tram if you want to take that to the strip in the evening. Though it looked nice, we did not get to experience the pool. It...

A superb hotel if you don't mind stay off the Las Vegas strip! It's top-notch on service, and just what you'd expect for an upscale hotel.....without all the noise and smoke that you find at most hotels in Vegas. It's right next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, which is convenient if you're attending a trade show in Vegas.

Top-notch service! We couldn’t ask for a better compliment! Thank you for staying at the Renaissance and for taking the time to write a review. We agree that the non-smoking, non-gaming environment does provide for a more relaxing hotel experience. Our team looks forward to welcoming you back sometime soon!

This hotel is on the Las Vegas monorail which is easy to use. Buy a 2 or 3 day pass and save tons over using taxis. Staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for your review! The Las Vegas Monorail is a quick and easy method of transportation around town, so I am glad that you were able to utilize it. Our pool does have some shady areas in the afternoon, which can be a relief in the Vegas summer! We hope that you enjoyed our new furniture and décor at...
