I recently stayed at Wynn Las Vegas, once an epitome of luxury on the Strip. Sadly, it seems the hotel is on a downhill slide, with troubling issues overshadowing its former elegance. The property still boasts beautiful rooms and upscale amenities, but my stay was marred by several incidents. Firstly, a $100 black chip vanished from my room, likely stolen by a maid. This breach of trust and security is unacceptable for a hotel of Wynn's caliber. Additionally, while playing Paigow, the dealer tried to take my money on five separate hands within an hour, despite me pushing or winning. This blatant disregard for fair play left me questioning the integrity of Wynn's gaming experience. The decline in service quality and integrity at Wynn Las Vegas is disheartening. Potential guests should be cautious with their belongings and vigilant during gameplay. It's a shame to see a once-esteemed hotel stumble like this.…
Large room, tastefully decorated, and very clean. My only complaint was that they are very clear that you cannot use the mini-bar fridge for anything personal which seems kinda strange. Loved the fact that you can turn on all the lights with one button from the door - silly thing to comment on but really thought it was a nice touch and made room seem safer somehow. Overall, pretty expensive but nice hotel.
Definitely a 5-star hotel and it shows, everything is top notch! Very clean and excellent service, would without a doubt stay here again! Rooms with panoramic views are so worth the price, great restaurants and bars inside along with very high end shopping.
Every employee we’ve met at this Wynn property seems to love their jobs and employer and it’s reflected in their attitudes and interactions with guests. We had truly personalized care from the Club XS team starting with coordinator Zac and cabana staff Savannah and Vince. (In spite of the fact the entire experience was way out of our normal lifestyle.) Cannot stress their excellent service enough! Huge thanks to these three that made the evening everything we’d hoped it would be and more for our pre-wedding group!
This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Customer service was outstanding from check in to the end our our stay. We were provided an early check in and were upgraded to a King room with panoramic view on the 50th floor for free. The room was spacious and the view of the strip and the mountains was breathtaking. We could even view the water show from our windows. Using Alexa was convenient for the drapes and the lights. It was clean everywhere. The location was great with the fashion show mall right across the hotel, a CVS and the grand canal shoppes within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The casino paid out the most out of all the other casinos we played at. Overall, we had the most wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vegas!…
Worst customer service ever. Am planning a trip next month. Have now been emailing all of the listed email addresses shown for 3 MONTHS trying to get a reply. Not one person has replied! This is a 5 Star resort. Customer Service is a disgrace!!
Excellent hotel. We stayed in a resort room which was the lowest rent option, but it was so well done that I would not recommend upgrading. The room was almost perfect; big, thoughtfully appointed, dual sinks in the luxurious bathroom, high tech with lots of charging stations, great view of the city, nice bed, comfortable seating areas, interesting art. A few small details were off: the ladies makeup mirror was mounted very low and not adjustable, you had to turn all the lighting on and off at the same time (couldn't keep on a reading light only), no coffee in the room. The facility itself was a little chaotic but I think that is because it is a Las Vegas casino. The staff were all very nice, attentive and helpful. The spa was lovely and I had the best mani/pedi of my life there. The bar on the casino floor had amazing cocktails. We toured around many of the Vegas hotels during our stay and this does appear to be far better than the others.…
Excellent all aspects and services and particularly well trained friendly staff. Would highly recommend All restaurants and eateries excellent for staff service and of course food . Prices like the hotel five star . Only ate once off the property during a three day stay at Mr Chows at Caesar’s which was a rip off !!! WYNn when we return is where we will stay .
Off season is a good time to try higher end hotels at discounted rates. * Note, this only applies to the room. Everything else is still pricey. Example, coffee and breakfast sandwich is about $25. But this is Vegas. You will part more than $25 in less than 30 seconds gambling 😀 For a nice casual breakfast or lunch, try Urth Cafe, about 1 min walk from main casino.
The golden standard of how a Vegas resort shall be run. From the best dining options to the most diligent casino staff. Visit vegas at least 8 times a year, and they may have won me over on just one visit from a competing hotel.
