We thorough enjoyed our recent stay. The first impression as you arrive is fresh and bright. The rooms were very nice but avoid the golf course view rooms if you want to avoid night club noise. Very nice lakeside dining facilities and half hourly free show on the waterfall wall. Nice atmosphere in casino. High end shopping. Smart clientele. Helpful staff.

Wonderful view of the Strip from our room, including several hotels, Fashion Show Mall and Lake of Dreams. Super comfy bed. Easy to work controls include Alexa. But what do you expect....it's a 5 star hotel! Outstanding food at award winning restaurants. We ordered to go as NYE was extremely busy. Red 8 Chinese, Allegro, the Cafe, even the room service breakfast was excellent, but pricey. Better to go downstairs and order rather than do room service imho. Self parking is free to hotel guests. Conveniently located and easy to navigate. EV charging is available only when using valet. Wished they had chargers for other guests.
Where to start? Me and my partner have stayed at this establishment plenty of times, consecutive years in a row. We stayed in the US for 3 months and stayed at this hotel three times during this time. Firstly, I feel as though the hotel standards have slightly slipped, whether this is to do with Steve Wynn parting ways with the hotel or the fact the hotel is trying to claw back their money due to covid. This hotel has always exceeded standards which is why this hotel has always been one of our favourites, very disappointing retuning after a long time since the U.K. were banned from the US. In December, my partner was robbed whilst staying at this hotel, his watch and bank card was stolen from him. We believe he was drugged, by a known criminal in Las Vegas, who was allowed to enter the hotel leading to my partner being the unfortunate victim of a disgusting crime. Individual staff members of the hotel were helpful, I do not want to discredit what they did for me and my partner. However, the hotel as a whole should hang their head in shame. They are only interested in taking and making money, not for the welfare of their guests. When checking in for some foolish reason they only checked in my partner and not myself, meaning when I enquired about the welfare of my partner I was not allowed to be told any information (even though I had his passport). My partner has been provided with limited support and information from the Wynn, not being given access to any cctv or any explanation of what happened to him on this evening at the hotel. With the amount of cameras and amount of security around the hotel I can only feel this is a sort of placebo effect, allowing guests to fall into a false sense of security of believing they are safe and I no longer personally feel safe at this hotel. It scares me, to be in such a high star hotel, with a long history of success allows this easily to happen to its guests and offer no ongoing support. It’s nice to know however, that his casino host and casino marketing team are happy to keep contacting my partner providing him with the best offers they can offer for us to stay there again. Hotel is usually amazing, however, after this experience I have lost faith in the hotel.…
