My husband and I decided at the last minute to travel to Las Vegas for the NCAA Sweet Sixteen tournament. The original hotel reservation at another property had to be canceled due to a situation that occurred prior to our arrival. We scrambled to find another hotel. I was able to book reasonably priced accommodation at the Signature MGM. I was immensely impressed with the room and amenities. Absolutely loved the view and the jacuzzi tub. Definitely looking forward to returning and staying again.
The hotel is nice and well situated. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to housekeeper Maria B. who did an amazing job on our room. The room was really comfortable, althought the decoration seems a bit dated (for my taste), it was very well equiped, calm and with a great view! + : *Direct link to the MGM Grand and the Strip through an indoor airconditioned corridor *Huge pool complex at the MGM grand *Small pools at the bottom of the signature. No sun in the morning for the pool tower 2 (which is a + for me) *View *Great service (housekeeping/valet/technical staff etc...) - : *Valet when it is busy. The entrance of the hotel is blocked and you can easily wait 15-30minutes in your car before being able to handle de keys *Opening hours of the swimming pools of the 3 towers. 9am is a bit late for people who do not want to be in the sun or who come from Europe (we were up very early in the mornings). There is no need to have 2 lifeguards for a small swiming pool. It would be better to open from 8am to 7pm.…
Never given a list for the price of amenities, the staff doesn’t know and couldn’t find one. Difficult to get through to them about how I don’t want to blow my money on my room. I got better things to do.
The Signature is my favorite hotel to stay at in Vegas, I stay every March when I go with my friends for March Madness. I love the rooms, the view of the strip and the cleanliness. I also love the hospitality I get from Tanja Dummer-Hillman. She simply is the best. Always kind and always makes sure my needs are met! I look forward to dealing with her every year when I come to Vegas.
I've stayed at some very nice hotels in my years while visiting Vegas but The signature was amazing, the staff was responsive and attentive and the room was stellar. The jacuzzi bath tub was exceptional and the option to cook was great.
My birthday weekend! Very clean and smelled great! Very quiet and the room was so quiet! As always we love the penthouse!! The balcony was the best! The picture I took was so clear. Who wouldn’t want a great balcony shot? Lol!
It was a little pricey but definitely worth the money. The staff was so helpful and nice. The room was basically an apartment. The only thing I would complain about is the food. I’m from Mississippi so I’m used to seasoning and spices. The food was an 3/10 the room was a 10/10.
We stayed in this hotel after winning a trip. It is one of three MGM hotels there. We arrived well before check in and they stored our bags until we could check in and we used hotel kiosk to order an electric scooter. We spke with the registration desk about getting to T-Mobile Arena and they indicated we would have to travel a mile and a half down the stip to cross the road. We later found out that this is not true, their are elevators to the pedestrian bridges to get across. We came bback later and checked in. There was a problem in that room was to be paid for and was not. Put it on my card and figured I would deal with it later. Room was nice with a king size bed and fold out couch (I was traveling with my adult daughter). I travel a fair amount and was surprised that there were only three towels in a room that slept four. No information on hotel and amenities or paper and pen. The valets were very helpful getting us cabs and directing us where we needed to go. I usually stay with Choice Brand hoels (Quality Inn, Sleep Inn, Clarion, etc.) and I feel that they are much better than this hotel and much cheaper.…
The walls are soundproof and the drive into the hotel made us feel glamorous! The hotel is right on the strip with an amazing view of it. We got a penthouse room with A SPA THEY HAD A SPA IN THE BATHROOM JETS AND ALL. It was 279 a night with a 150 deposit for a strip view balcony suite.
Always stay here. It's both far enough away from the madness of the strip, but close enough to go there. Accomodations are always excellent. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Just wish they have room service
