My family spent a couple nights here while taking in a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. The location is convenient to the airport and the price was good for a night in Vegas. I also appreciated that the hotel was non-smoking (a rarity in Vegas) and they don't have a casino.

I have stayed at the Platinum for Business and Personal trips to Las Vegas. I have always liked the No-Smoking aspect of this Hotel. I have stayed here for since 2010. The Hotel has definately changed. I agree the staff is not as "Customer Service Oriented" as in the past.

Ask for a Strip view room - they can sleep 4 easily, 2 in a bedroom, 2 on a sofa bed

Is there a shuttle from McCarran? Or is it easier to get a cab?
Unfortunatley, there is no shuttle service offered by the hotel from or to the airport.

"You could ask for strip view if desired and available . Our view was to the sunrise which was great in the morning."
