I have gambled at the Cromwell many times through out the years when it was other names too, but never stayed there. I always liked the casino so figured this time we would stay there. We stayed for two nights. I loved being in the middle of everything. Can not beat the location. The casino is still nice and was very clean. At times I was the only in there due to the ccp cooties. The room is dark and needed cleaning. I think it may have not been used in awhile and need a refreshing. I always find it amazing when no one is at the hotel, they do not provide an upgrade. I reserved the rooms w/ comps so can not complain too much about an upgrade. The floor needed to be vacuumed, some of the plugs did not work. I found the bed too high. When in the bathroom you can hear the outside noise which I do not mind. One other thing about the bathroom involving the shower. There is a large mirror in the bedroom and the other side is a mirror in the shower. I thought that was odd to have a mirror in the shower. One night, I looked through the bedroom room mirror and I could see into bathroom! If someone was taking a shower I could see them! Are you kidding me?! I could not believe it. Maybe this is why it is adult only, but I did not like this. When the lights are on, you can not see through. Another problem is the parking garage. We did not feel safe in it at all. It is right on the cusp of where you would not want to be in Vegas. One night, a guy was watching us and we left quickly. There was no security there. I will still gamble at the Cromwell once in awhile, but never stay again. Oh, everyone was so friendly this time in Vegas. They were more friendly than in August. It reminds me how everyone was 20 years ago. I hope they keep it up after the flu.…

The Hotel is old but nice. Front desk not very kind. They write in the advertising "only for adult", and basically it is ok.. but they don't inform you about the risk to be in a floor full of dogs. I didn't sleep all the night, at least 2 dogs were barking all the night.. continuously. I called the front desk at 3am, a responsible tried to do his best without result. The day after the manager offered me 60 usd of refund. I requested the total refund (240 usd + tax). They told me to request the refund to expedia and they would accept after the request of Expedia. No way.. as soon Expedia contacted them, they refused. I don't recommend this hotel.

The lobby and casino of the hotel was clean and inviting. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. However, the room was less than clean. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned well - we wipe down most surfaces with a Clorox wipe as a habit due to COVID, so it is clear when an area has not been cleaned or wiped down often. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was not working - I believe that it was stopped up but never fully fixed.
