We always stay at The Palazzo, we always stay in the Prestige area and seem to enjoy ourselves more with every trip! Breakfast, complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres 5:00-8:00pm everyday?!? Well worth the price! What is absolutely priceless is the concierge staff, Mitch, Janson, Derek and a very sweet young lady whose name escapes me.She was so helpful, I hate...

Beautiful room that has a large bathroom, and sunken living area. Luxury suite is a nice size and has very comfortable bed, large couch to lounge on, desk and table as well. Upgrade to prestige and get VIP treatment, snacks and happy hour in exclusive lounge and bar. Enjoy the view from above, sip cocktails, taste appetizers and complimentary breakfast...

The Casino was nice, rooms very roomy and modern, most staff friendly. Be careful if you ask for a room change as the front desk will upcharge you without notifying you, charge you and the management does not care to listen to their horrible experience. Make sure you read everything with a fine tooth comb! Rooms with a view are...

We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bed suite on a high floor facing the strip. The rep was friendly at check-in and offered me an upgrade which I went for it. The entire floor was just recently rerenovated with new carpet, furnitures, etc. The room was clean and housekeeping seemed to do a good job everyday. We had...

Overall we loved the Palazzo. It's centrally located on the strip, has comfortable beds and large rooms. They let us check in early and stored our luggage after we checked out. The grounds are beautiful and there are lots of restaurants and shops attached to the hotel if you don't feel like traveling far. The only cons I can think...

The mountain view and morning sunrise from our room was unbelievable! We will definitely stay on the same side next time!!! Always love the complimentary robes in the room for your use while staying. There's a great variety of shops and eateries! Love walking the grand canal. Never a dull moment!

Excellent in every way, from the suite to the restaurants, shopping, helpful staff and the room was so quiet and exceptionally clean. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every day. When next in Vegas, we will definitely stay in the Palazzo.

I have stayed at the Palazzo on multiple occasions and have been very pleased with the accommodations and service. However, during our last stay, I was disappointed with their slow response to their elevator malfunctions. We stayed on the 33rd floor where one elevator was non-functional for at least 24 hours, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but caused significant...

The room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my bathes and slept very well. There are two things I don't like very much. First, too much second hand smoking in the casino. Second, the decoration in the lobby scared me (someone who is afraid of butterflies) into tears and screams.

The rooms are large and lovely. The pools are excellent. The casino is very well ventilated. We have a wonderful time. Be sure to play with a players card because the staff at the Grazie counter will make it worth your while. I would go back in a heartbeat.
