The Palms is an old hotel that is undergoing a long slow renovation. The renovation is done reasonably well but you can only put so much lipstick on a pig. The hotel room walls and windows are rail thin which is perfect if you want to listen to your hotel room neighbors and road traffic. The pictures on the website... More

me and my friends we did not have a great experience here. the staff was a bit arrogant, we had several problems with the room key badges that would not work and some of us ended up staying locked out at night because in the room we had not registered all the single people's name, (they did not explained that... I really enjoy my stay there every time I visit. The best rooms in my opinion are in the Fantasy Tower however the other towers are newly renovated. The pool is great for the young crowd and the Sunday Brunch with unlimited wine, beer and champagne is a great bargain, especially with a players card. Parking is easy and check... More

The Palms is a great resort. N9NE steak house is a must. Buffet has a great selection and food is very fresh. Would return and stay in one of the closer room locations. We were in Palms Place and it was a ways from the activity.

yes, excellent location away from the hectic traffic of the strip. Does not have a Casino in the hotel but there is the Palms casino right next to it. Parking is always accessible and close to the hotel

First of all I need to say thank you to Deanna Brooks and the staff at Palms Place. My girl friend and I planned a trip for an anniversary. They knew I something special planned and wanted it to be a romantic and magical experience and they went above and beyond to make that happen. The room was spectacular and... More

I stayed at palms place studio suite for three nights and had an amazing time. Our room was on the 34th floor with the strip view. The kitchen and the bathroom are clean and modern. The king size bed was soo comfortable. All the staff were friendly and polite. I will stay here again and again. Everybody should stay at... More

We stayed at the Palms place 9/14-9/18 and we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The room was as pictured on the website, a very spacious room for a traveler in a wheelchair. We wanted to go to the pool, but we never got around to going as we were out and about seeing all of Las Vegas' spenders. We... More

I stayed at The Palms last year and wrote an excellent review. Sorry to say, I stayed again this year and was totally amazed how the quality of the hotel and the services provided were completely different!!! At check-in my room was not clean. The bed was made, but the tables, bathroom etc. were not clean! The next day, housekeeping... More

We had a studio suite and a one bedroom suite. Both rooms were excellent. The hotel and resort staff were relatively friendly, most of them. However, one rotten apple at the pool evidently had a bad day - she was really unfriendly, which made our poolside experience below expectations. Remember to double check your bills, too. Our hotel bill was... More

“Don't stay here. Spend extra and select another hotel.”
  • Room was not clean throughout. Hair and dust throughout.
  • Bathroom sliding glass door in the suite missing. Wow.
  • Donate this chair. Should not be in a $200/night hotel room.
  • Bath mat was dirty and worn out.
  • Rug surrounding the bed in the suite. Nappy and who knows.
