The show in the sky never happens and it was supposed to be hourly. The escalators didn't work the entire time so getting to your room was a hassle. We were told to advise someone at check in of it being our anniversary, so we did and at first we thought we got upgraded but nope. We finally got to...

Stayed at the Rio in Fecember for a girl's trip. I have stayed here numerous times and the hotel is in need of some upgrades. Some of the elevators weren't working most of the time. The rooms are large but showing a lot of wear and tear. When we arrived, my friends room had a bunch of leftovers in the...

First time staying at the Rio, I can't wait to return! Everything was first rate. Valet was super helpful as was the bell hop. Front desk was more than accomodating. I was on an annual golf trip to Vegas, of all the previous trips, it an act of Congress to get two rooms on the same floor, let alone adjoining....

I received an offer for free rooms in Las Vegas in mid-January. I decided to use the offer, and chose to stay at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. I have stayed there in the past, and it has always been an enjoyable experience....up until this most recent visit. The room was comped, so all I was looking at were...

Hotel has larger rooms but its a hit and miss with condition. Older hotel that tends to have an odor in rooms between first to 14th floor in particular near elevators. The room size is nice when getting an updated room deluxe or above. Price wise grabbing a promotion at the springhill suites (when there isnt a convention going on)...

My son and I recently booked a trip to Vegas for a football camp. He is 16. We always use VacationsToGo.com because they have the best prices. I chose Rio because it was to the edge of the strip, not on it, and I wanted easy highway access. Both of those points worked out great. I was disappointed, however, with the...

It was off season and quite quiet and restful. Need to get a king suite non smoking. Restaurants are great. The deli next to the sport book has great food at reasonable price and you will not walk away hungry!!

We really enjoy everything in the Rio, the restaurants are great, the service is great. We have stayed at several casinos and we always think the Rio is our favorite. If you don't drive to Vegas you do need to use the cab service or uber to get down to the strip or shopping.

Room and hallway had stinky odor. Location is way off the main strip. Stay away from the all american bar and grill....got very sick after eating dinner there. Its a last choice location. Noise from room doors slamming are annoying and constant.

Unless you're trying to save money,go somewhere else! Not only did they ruin my New Year's Eve with the power outage. They didn't try to compensate anyone! And the rooms are as old as dirt . Save your money
