Rooms - Spacious room, we got the cheapest option and it was still great. Saved so much money. Actually had to use ironing board, and hairdryer, all were nice amenities - no microwave or fridge but we got the cheapest room so I didn't expect it anyway. We had a room in the 400s, very quiet, but walls are thin...

This is an older hotel far from the Strip. The rooms are clean but could use updating. The layout of the hotel means long, long walks if you don't take the right elevator. Parking is free, which is not always the case on the Strip. Best thing about this place is the staff - very helpful, very friendly.

Stayed here for a wedding. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff were very friendly. Hotel offers casino, bowling alley, movie theater, buffet, and beautiful food court. Food was delicious. Valley parking is free. Only 20 minutes from the strip, but who would want to go there when Sam's Town has everything you need. Also has a Walmart and...

I love sams town, have been going there for years, but it really is in need of some tlc. The rooms are starting to look and feel old and shabby, this last trip our room had duct tape covering a hole in the wall, Paper was peeling off the walls. The staff are still wonderful but the rooms need a...

I needed a good hotel (I look at TripAdvisor reviews in depth) at a good price near the Desert Springs Hospital on an emergency basis.... I called and told the desk that I was a TripAdvisor client and this was an emergency trip. The front desk told me that they had no available rooms. I asked them if we could...

We stayed for 3 nights and when we arrived we decided we wanted to upgrade to a mini suite with a Jacuzzi tub. There wasn't one that was clean so we decided to go eat while they cleaned the room. We went to Chili's and had a plate of their never ending appetizers and a cocktail. We got full off...

This is a very nice casino- cleaner and airier than most of the ones on The Strip. There is a good selection of slots, and they seem quite generous with their payouts! The food court is small and clean tables at peak times are hard to find - choice options limited to McDonalds or Panda Express. The queues at the...

Being Boyd Gaming fans, we stayed at Sams Town for two nights. Overall, the property is very nice and well kept. Rooms had a bit of wear, but were clean and well prepared. Lots to do on the property and we were well entertained. The show in the Park is all right, but once is enough! Overall, a nice stay,...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Paid for one-night, One night free. Asked for a room close to the elevator. Did not happen! Rooms are very dingy and dark. We came for the Senior Day on March 1st. That morning we were informed at the Player's club that out of State residents no longer qualify for special discounts....

Eva- I am very sorry that the type of room you requested was not available at the time of check-in, but happy that with only 2 days advance reservations that you were able to reserve the complimentary offer forwarded to your account. I do apologize on behalf of Boyd Gaming that the promotion you noticed advertised in February was revised...
