We were enchanted from the first time our limo pulled up to the day we left the hotel. Everthing was amazing except for the faded wallpaper in our penthouse suite. I really didn't what to bring that up, but my wife complained about it the entire trip.
We have been coming to Vegas for many years and Bellagio has been the standout for all other hotels, we love the design of the rooms and excellent choice of restaurants we miss the buffet but enjoy saddles restaurant they have the best baked French toast kids love
This was my first experience in Vegas and I came to celebrate my 21st birthday with my friend. We were more than excited to come as it was both our first times here and the reputation of the Bellagio, well, speaks for itself. When we checked in we were surrounded with smiling faces and a beautiful hotel lobby. It was seriously surreal. We checked in on a Sunday night and inquired about a possible upgrade at some sort of charge but were met with a strict declination. We accepted that and figured the hotel must be somewhat booked up, though hard to believe. ⚠️!!!! We made our way up to our suite and were greeted by a stained pair of ripped up Hanes stuffed behind an end-table and chair in the Bedroom of our suite. (Picture attached) !!!⚠️ We immediately called the front desk... because... ARE WE NOT AMID A PANDEMIC? I’ve stayed at so many hotels in my ENTIRE LIFE and have NEVER encountered a pair of dirty underwear in my room... WHAT?!?!? Anyways, we call and end up getting an “upgrade” on a lower floor with a shittier view.... where the bath tub jets don’t work. I can get past the downgrade because we’re here trying to have a great time but with all the money we are spending on a room, with all the money ANY customer would be spending on a room, this is unacceptable. And with no compensation. Pretty insane. Also love to order room service. It’d be nice to have clean silverware to eat off of after paying 23$ for chicken tenders. Would I stay here again or recommend this hotel? No. But I’ve got some great stories to tell. Thanks, Bellagio.…
Don't stay here, super overrated. Living off their name. Room is small, cramped, unclean and there any several other properties to choose from that are much better. Security there (the red coats) are inexplicably rude and obnoxious. Cocktail waitresses come by about every 70-80 minutes so I hope you're not thirsty. Just a horrible experience, nothing good to say about it.
Hi have stayed at bellagio many times. And a simple test I do is i will mark the bottom of the glasses in the Room on a couple glasses... Just a very small mark on the bottom edge with a ballpoint pen. Then dirty the glass up a little bit and leave it out. Each and every time those 2 out of 4 glasses miraculously make it back into the same Room when I get back in the evening with the ballpoint pen mark on the bottom still indicating the maid is not giving new glasses simply wiping the glasses out with probably one of the dirty bath towels.. I've mentioned this before the management there and once again on my last stay yesterday and the day before same thing same dirty glasses. Hole they appear clean, BUT Their NOT! Try this test where Ever you stay you will be shocked... Other thing is poor maintenance the shower valve need rebuilding as it was dripping all night so had to shut the bathroom door because it echoed in there. Needed to stay a 3rd night but I switched hotels getting tired of it there.. …
