Aria is a great bang for the buck. Hotels arent cheap any more, and it was a wonderful experience for us. The rooms were clean, everyone was nice, and great restaurants on the premise. There were lots of options at the casino as well.

We had a terrible time at Aria this weekend from start to finish. I was so looking forward to this trip too since it was my first time back to Vegas since 2020. The majority of staff members this weekend were so rude and unpleasant. I honestly felt so uncomfortable on the property and that has never happened to me before. The front desk gentleman and our housekeeper were the only two people that were welcoming. Everyone else, especially restaurant staff and drink hostesses, really made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We couldn’t even find sanctuary back in our room as it just reminded us how much it has changed (gone downhill) from the old Aria. All of the fine details that Aria used to see through on were greatly missed this time. The minibars were not refreshed for some time and the items atop the fridge had a layer of dirt on them that did not feel luxurious. There weren’t very many items in the mostly empty bar..The couches and chairs were stained and the elevators brass coat is flaking and worn. :( It’s as if Aria no longer takes pride in their property and they’re just interested in shuffling people in and out as quickly as possible. We felt more welcomed at Cosmopolitan, where we finally felt relaxed and remembered that we’re on vacation! Staff @ Cosmo went out of their way to accommodate our visit. We may end up moving our visits there in the future, until Aria fixes out their bugs.

The staff was very friendly but the room seemed like it got a lot less love. There were stains on pillows, bedsheets, bathtub, ceiling and upholstery. Wish I could've used the bathtub that I was paying for. A quick look up could've solved the mysterious brown splatter on the ceiling. A simple look in the bathtub could be enough to red flag the room and not give to any customers. I feel like other high-end hotels on the strip would never let this happen.

Love the rooms and the location of the casino, but I believe this casino has staffing issues right now. Much like everywhere else. May not want to play in the poker room, as the floor supervisors do not know how to make a ruling on hands that have an issue.

We have stayed at Aria three times prior to the most recent stay in January 2022. I'm afraid this may be the last time we stay there given the quality of the suite. I took my elderly parents for a quick getaway and opted for the "higher end" suite ($650 per night). On the first night the bathroom floor was leaking with water and it ran into the carpet of the bedroom. It was so bad that when my mom stepped on it, water squished out and her socks were completely soaked. In the bathroom, the right sink was badly clogged and water took a while to drain. The wallpaper in the bedroom was started to peel off and "bubble" up off the wall. Additionally, the cabinet beneath the right sink had a side that completely fell onto the floor when touched. This really made us rethink the quality of the room and what else we were going to find. When I called the front desk, they graciously offered me a room on a higher level but seeing that I was with two parents who were well into their 80s, moving rooms is a big challenge since we had already unpacked. They begrudgingly offered to remove the Resort Fee which came out to only $101 for the entirety of the stay. They also offered a measly $75 food credit. To be honest, I expected more for the price that I paid for the hotel.
