The bathroom was incredibly dirty. I prefer not to shower with hair and used soap from past guests. Using towels that are not brittle and shredded from overuse would be great as well. Also woke up with itchy/irritated skin after a night in bed.

Hotel was not very clean the room are too dark and I was bitten in the room. Housekeeping barely came to our room. The television was dodgy the toilet broke. Overall awful stay here. Room are very very old cracks in the room. Asked to change the room given the problems and was told we had to pay more!!!

Overall room is ok for the price… decent amount of space and bathroom is large. One issue is the room are not very clean floor still got some plastic trash and food crumbs from previous stay and the pillow got a foot mark… Think Hilton grand down few block are bit nicer for the price but like 20mins walk distance from TI where it’s close by to other places

Customer service and housekeeping were great. Timely and attentive! I would stay there again for sure! When I checked-in there was a glitch with my reservation, but it got taken care of immediately so I was not charged twice for the same reservation.

First time in Vegas and had the best time with my friends exploring. TI was a great/enjoyable/clean hotel, with friendly staff and was so close to other attractions. Formula 1 was being prepared, but did not hamper our travels. Recommend TI. Thanks for the stay.

Pricing was fair. Room was nice but not outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not done on Sunday but we think this a breakday for the cleaning staff. Glasses were plastic and were forgotten for replacement a few times. We would come back.

Meal Room Service was great! Slot machines and a lot of restaurants downstairs and shopping. Valet parking is awesome free just give a good tip🥹 Overall I think it’s a good deal except a third party for F1 was a rip off

I've stayed at the hotel 3 times before and always had a decent experience. It appears that since it's now run by Radisson the management has taken a turn for the worst. We had to move rooms twice because they weren't able to provide a basic cleaned room. There was hair on the bathroom floor, leftover garbage from the previous guest in the drawer and little stones on the carpet. The first room additionally had various defects like a hanging dowm curtain, damaged furniture and a sticky tape holding together some part of the window frame. They upgraded us to a small suite as a means of apology. Unfortunately this one also was in no way in a hygienic state and had to be re-cleaned since after a whole day of moving rooms and arguing with management we weren't in the mood to try a 4th room.... After the cleaning the room was somewhat OK but using a damp towel on the bathroom floor showed it wasn't really clean either. Attached you'll see examples of the physical and cleanliness state of the rooms. I know the hotel isn't charging a lot but basic cleaning should be possible at any price in my opinion. Whilst recleaning the room they gave us a credit to use in the restaurant, which wouldn't have been necessary if they had been able to provide a properly cleaned room in the first place. I truly do not suggest this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!…

Love my room and the service was great!!!! We had to room and both rooms were clean neat and room service was excellent!!!! We enjoyed the food in the casino!!! If we come again I will be staying at this hotel again!!

The hotel failed to inform guests during the reservation about a mandatory DHS room security check due to a Formula One car race in town. After checking in, a text announced random room security checks between 2:00 pm and 2:00 am. On the first night, security entered our room at midnight while we were sleeping. When we complained, the management suggested finding another hotel if we weren't satisfied. The next night, requesting consideration, they absurdly advised waiting until 2:00 am to sleep. The situation improved after the race, but the initial two nights were distressing.
