I always pass this hotel on my way to Primm. I finally decided to visit after reading up on what is at the Silverton Casino. I read that they had a really big aquarium with a mermaid the swims in there at certain times.

It is a nice place, 15 minutes drive from the strip. We were upgrade to a suite room with a view on the swiming pool. The staff was nice and they have several place to eat from breakfast. The aquiarium in the lobby is beautiful.
stayed 2 nights recently. The standard room is nice enough, comfortable beds. The decor is starting to show a little wear. The room could have been much nicer with the addition of another wing chair so there would have been 2.

The Silverton Hotel and Casino is a mere 10-15 min away from the hustle and bustle of the crazy Las Vegas strip. Great prices, great rooms and accommodations, and great service. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes, an outdoor pool. Nice little area, nothing fancy, but clean. Depends on when you visit if its warm enough...late winter is usually okay if you stay in the water...right now can be a little chilly, but I'm always game... More
