Our room had so many issues. There was a brown substance on the towels in the bathroom. That's not something you want to see in a hotel room. The room phone didn't work half the time. When we arrived it was unplugged, and after we plugging it in, the phone only seemed to work half the time. Also, there was no fridge or microwave and we have a 10 day stay with no way to cook or store the food we brought! The hotel does offer to give guests a small fridge to rent for $25 a day, which is ridiculous! These amenities should be a given to guests, especially for those who plan on long stays! Thankfully the woman at the front desk, Toya, was very helpful and did alleviate some of the frustration. She was the only positive experience here and helped solve some of the issues. But overall, the room we arrived to was a disappointment. We still have a few days here, hopefully it gets better, the situation with the spoiled food was ridiculous, but at this point, unless this issue can be fully resolved, I would not stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
Over the years I have seen The Excalibur Hotel and Casino get a bad rap in mentions as not being a good selection for a hotel on the Vegas Strip. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room large, clean, in good shape, and with outstanding housekeeping service keeping me in towels, washrags, and toiletries daily. Something many hotels are skimping on using Covid as an excuse. The casino was also modern, clean, and with a great variety of slot machines. Excalibur is also well situated on the Strip near New York New York and Bally's.

The hotel is old and out of date. You don’t get the Las Vegas WOW feeling. There is a not a lot of reasons one would choose this hotel. It’s cheap compared to other hotels on the strip. If you are looking for the WOW of Las Vegas, comfort, and amenities this hotel is not for you.

A small microwave and fridge would be nice for the business travels, otherwise great experience for 1st time visitor to las vegas. Definitely will return for leisure, and yearly for business. Lots of shops and things to do all in one place.

You have to call to get your bags from your room well the room phone didn’t work so we had to be moved rooms, and that room was worst than the first room. But the value is what you pay and what you pay is what you’re going to get. Next time I’m going to MGM

Over $600 for my stay; the room had a weird smell and bare minimum amenities were provided. The first night our fire alarm beeped for 5min every hour on the hour. Check-in took forever even though I used their online checkin (they don't update there check-in website when your room is ready apparently until you call to ask what's taking so long). Check-out was fast and easy though. They have spot lights facing up the building and the light pours in the room even around the blinds so sleep isn't great.

Not safe, wouldn't redeem rewards. Rooms entered on several occasions without our knowledge. Items left in our party's room that wasn't ours. Mgm rewards counter employees made fun of the employees at Excalibur and how bad the svc was and that they didn't know anything. The whole thing was a mess. Missed a couple appointments trying to deal with the room issues.

We stayed as a stay-to-play requirement so not the best rates. It was decent. The rooms were clean and the staff that I encountered were friendly. Food options are ok, but really pricey. No refrigerators so the option to keep cold drinks and snacks in your room to save some money is limited.

The rooms are deplorable. Nasty carpet, no coffee pot, no mini fridge to keep drinks cold, the a/c doesn’t keep the room cool. The bed was fine, but the sheets had a red stain on them two different times.
