Rooms were not provided as booked. In stead of 2 rooms with double bed given king side bed. How can you adjective in king size bed with 5 people. During the check in at 2am told that they do not have rooms types what was booked, it is system error.
Considering all of the COVID-related issues the hotel staff was amazing when it came to doing its best to make our stay a good one. The breakfast buffet was not available, but a hot breakfast was and it was decent. There was a large convention at the hotel and the service was still outstanding. When I asked to locate an ice machine I was given a good-size bag of ice which I thought was a nice touch. The room was quiet and the AC worked as designed. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we were quite pleased with our stay, particularly so with the front desk team that always did all it could to make us feel welcomed. Easy parking access, but it has the Hilton properties price gouging tag. Still, I can highly recommend this property for families
This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. It is so dirty and gross. The bed has mold on it and when I asked if they could switch us rooms they said no we will just clean it with chemicals so now I will be sleeping in a moldy chemical bed wtf. Horrible management housekeeping so many options in Vegas do not stay here run far away
Nice, very modern hotel. Location is good if Strip is not your focus. But...pretty inept front desk. Couldn't find our reservation. Couldn't give parking permit after telling us it was required. Another "2 drink" Manager Reception, blaming it on "corporate ", even though not all Embassy Suites are limiting to 2 drinks. Really rude Manager's Reception staff, telling us additional drinks will cost "an arm and a leg". When asked about ANY snacks or other munchies at Manager's Reception, said "we have some chips" and begrudgingly found some in a back room. Literally no one else got any snacks because they didn't ask. Breakfast was good, but late. At 7am (starting time on a Sunday), they wheeled out a cart with the hot items, but took another several minutes to put the food out. Just not an efficient staff. Check out person was very nice...the first in a year to note that I am a Lifetime Diamond. Over $400 per night for less than a standard Embassy Suites experience. It was pretty busy, so I guess they don't feel any competition with the Strip and casinos.…
Rooms were nice but bathrooms need to be updated. We stayed in a "pure" room and I don't think it was worth the extra expense. The morning breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. The evening cocktails hour could have been better if the hotel offered some small appetizers. Staff was mostly friendly. Front desk female clerk on Friday 2/24/23 at approx 7:30am was not very customer service oriented.
We come at least couple of times a year and ought to say it’s its staff that makes this hotel a great stay. The breakfast crew are friendly and attentive. The cleaning crew outstanding. A big shout out to M. Elena (her cart reads)! I travel for business few times a year different Embassy Suites but this crew are the best. Personal & attentive. Thank you, guys.
We was in town for a convention. This is our 2nd stay here, out last was 2020. Issas at the front desk was great, the room was great, the breakfast was great, the guys cooking was fun. The only things I was change is add more power outlets.
Easily the worst Embassy Suites I've ever stayed. I'd guess because of labor shortage. No towels in the pool area, even after 3-4 requests. Plus a huge gross hairball in the pool deck that didn't get cleaned up for 16 hours. Our toilet didn't flush, had to call maintenance first thing upon arrival. Used room service trays and luggage carts in the hallways for half the day. There are pluses though. Pool itself was decent, and outdoor hot tub was huge and in good shape. The free breakfast was solid. Room was big and comfortable. Location was good. Just off the strip, so not bonkers. Easy to reach by Lyft, and the Monorail was just a 5-10 minute walk. Close to the airport.
Very good stay in a very large room. The bed was really comfortable and the hotel service was great. Ordered room service and it was really good for hotel food. Quiet hotel, no casino. My only issue with two stays at Embassy Suites is the small beds. Many similar chains have two queens, not two doubles.
We arrived at the hotel early in the morning because of a delayed flight. Staff was very accommodating and we received a generous late check out. Breakfast was good, including delicious omelets. Cleanliness of the room, condition of furniture and general impression of the hotel: all great. If you have to decide between this Embassy Suites hotel and the one near Convention Center: This one is in much better shape, but doesn’t have an indoor pool.
