Stayed here for volleyball tournament Friday to Sunday. The hotel is soft opened. Room is "new" but still has construction dust all over the room. Want to use the bathtub but could not use it due to construction dust. The hotel restaurant is understaff so they lost orders and orders took long time. Has a rollaway bed but for unknown...

Newly renovated hotel in downtown Reno offers modern rooms and cool bar, restaurant and lounge areas. Front desk was helpful with dinner recommendations. Free valet parking. Hotel is close to university.

The renovation was still in progress when I stayed there. Only a few rooms were open for business while the others were being rebuilt. Thus, there were very few patrons and a large number of construction workers. The décor was quite different, with three dimensional artwork on the walls and ceiling. The bath water control (faucet equivalent) did take some...

Stayed one night at this remodeled hotel that has recently opened. Staff, Hillary, at check in was excellent. Great customer service and very professional. Also another staff member walked us to an exterior door so we could get to a local restaurant versus just telling us how to get there. I didn't get his name but he too was wonderful....

I'm not sure what Marriott Renaissance is trying to offer or attract the kind of clientele. There is Bocce? Bar lounge, Business types. Very confusing concept. I hope they figure it out soon. The bar does not offer a relaxing ambiance for business or corporate type of guest. Music too load can't have a business or pleasant conversation. Today I...

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry we completely missed your expectations. I thank you for your remark on the volume of the music - it is a Renaissance standard that may be adjusted to suit individual properties.

Reno is not that excited but this hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly. There is a free shuttle that take you everywhere you want to go! The security is also amazing. They give you a really safe feeling!! Would definitely recommend everyone to stay in here. The bar downstairs is also really good.

While traveling alone with just my coonhound on a cross country road trip, I booked a night with one of the few dog-friendly hotels in Reno that wasn't attached to a casino via Expedia. I'm so glad I did! This place is under construction, transitioning from the Siena to the Renaissance, but the rooms were lovely and the staff was...

Nice hotel, once the the construction is finished it will be top rated! We had to fix our own coffee maker, they tried with no success, but they were very professional. We had to request a second bath robe. We would stay there again for sure. The room decor was very nice, love the seating area! We had a great...

Yes, this hotel is under construction - but no, this is not why I am giving this a 1.5 star review (I rounded up because why not). For those who do not want to read on I'll give you a brief review: rude staff, crappy bed linens and towels, not a good value for the price. We stayed in a...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I certainly apologize your stay was less than desirable and wish I had a chance to help fix the situation while you were our guests at the hotel. Yes, we are pet friendly and wish you had found our relief area or that our teammates could have directed you there....

The Siena is being refurbished and rebranded. It is under construction. There is no restaurant, no casino and the hotel is pretty quiet so long as you are up early. Great access to the courthouse. If you only require a small gym, then this place is great. Looking forward to the new rebranded resort.
