We stopped here on a very long roadtrip and we were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and value of this hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The lady who checked us in was very personable and made waiting in line to be checked in easy.

I stayed at this hotel in September for two nights and was awoken at 4am by itchy hands and arms. Upon investigating, I found bedbugs crawling on the mattress. I put two of them in a cup and walked them to the front desk clerk, displaying the live critters and my swollen bites to the night clerk. The swelling and... More

It's the price for what it is that makes it a hard sell. But we are here on business on bike weekend so getting into the ambiance is hard to do when you need sleep. The old plumbing makes this a two star for sure but still clean and liveable.

I pre-paid for the Hotel or I would have just kept traveling to Vegas (our end destination). Upon check in they couldn't find my reservation, they had a new girl in training who was extremely nice and the guy that was training her who was the complete opposite. I had reserved a 2qn suite, traveling with 3 kiddos we needed... More

I was in the area for a dog trial, and I was surprised at how nice the room was after reading a couple of uncomplimentary reviews. The room was a suite I was in the area for a dog trial. They set aside several rooms on the second floor for people traveling with dogs. The room was large, clean, freshly... More

Prices were high and availability was scarce in late August as the hotels filled up with people on their way to the Burning Man event a couple hours away that was to start soon. While clean and functional, the place needs a lot of TLC-worn carpet, cracked ceilings, etc. Still, the breakfast was adequate, the A/C worked just fine and... More

I prepaid for this hotel to get a better rate or I would not have stayed here. It was worn and very tired! Did not feel safe at all. Even the parking lot was filthy. I have always trusted Choice hotels in the past but will no longer. For the same price we could have stayed somewhere that was newer... More

Cheaper than many other hotels in Reno. Clean bed and bathroom. Quiet nights sleep. Breakfast reasonable. Free wi-fi and parking, however there are not enough carparks when busy. Alternative parking on street.

I payed for a non-smoking room and had to sign three times that I nor anyone else in the room would smoke, but while entering the hall way to my room the whole air sticks of smoke. Then as I walked in my room the smell of smoke only got worse. I am very displeased with my experience and do... More
