This hotel is certainly the best in the area. The rooms are part of what was originally a textile mill along the Sugar River. All renovated and tastefully done. We booked a standard room on the Street side. It was large, clean and comfortable. However, it shared a wall with two elevators; and the noise from the elevators at night...

My wife spent a wonderful night here. We were in the area for a party and decided to stay the night. The hotel is in an old textile mill along the river. We had a Conor room that was very large with views of the rover and the waterfall. We kept the windows open and got to listen to the...

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary here and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and charming with much of the "old mill atmosphere" still apparent. Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff, wait staff and restaurant manager made us feel very welcome and special. We will certainly be back to enjoy the comfort, charm...

We spent one night here. The king room on the river was a good size and very nice--good beams, exposed brick, comfy bed. The view over the river was lovely. The lobby space is great and the continental breakfast was quite good. We ate at the restaurant which has an amazing space and a great eating area outside on the...

We stayed here on two other occasions and had good experiences so we decided to come back for our 15th Anniversary. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED :( We spent over $300 on a suite by the river. We had a private hotub and courtyard. This would have been a nice amenity if there wasn't a 15 ton air conditioning unit running...

Upon arriving I wasn't too sure we would be staying! It appears to be in a warehouse area at first glance. However, once inside it is quite a different story. Excellent "hidden gem"!! Nice wooden beam ceilings, wonderfully comfortable and cozy beds, great room service from the wonderful restaurant and wonderful staff. I would definitely return and would definitely recommend...

Visited too many times to count. Trying one of the specials tonight; southwest potato skins. On the rate occasion we've had an issue they have promptly corrected it and made ammends. Always a go to for us. Watch for seasonal specials!

This place is an oasis...in a league of it's own compared to surrounding choices. We've stayed there a few times and it keeps getting better. A short walk to their amazing restaurant and bar, and when the weather is nice, you should sit on their outdoor patio which overlooks the local water falls. This last stay we splurged and stayed...

Went for a quick overnight stay on a Wednesday. When I called I was advised that they had a deal called "Wine Down Wednesdays" where the rooms and bottles of wine at the restaurant next door were 1/2 price. Our room was a 2 level suite with a king bed (I have never slept so well at a hotel in...

Claremont is not the greatest destination, but if you need a good place to stay in the area, this is it. Very rustic, nicely renovated old factory. Lots of history. Friendly service and very good free continental breakfast. Very nice rooms and public areas and great adjoining restaurant.
