It was during Covid times. Place was very clean. We got a unit with a kitchen. It was worth it. I also liked being near the pool since I have a child with me. The only issue that I had was that the air conditioning unit was over one of the beds and it was an older one and really loud. Will definitely be staying again. Just not in the unit with the loud ac

In this abnormal time of COVID, we greatly appreciated the change of scenery!! We were concerned about cleanliness; however, once we arrived we saw that extra care had been taken to prepare the rooms. We commend the Owners! We had an enjoyable stay and look forward to returning in the future!!

I will start by saying the rooms were very clean so no problems there. I’m leaving a bad review because to start the room was $250 for one night for the most basic room. When we arrived the woman at the desk told us we needed to have ANOTHER card to hold another $250... we didn’t have another credit card and had to give them cash (thankgod they accepted that) BUT I was not expecting to spend $500 on a bland boring hotel. Yes we got the money back at the end of our trip but it caused quite the headache since they were holding a good chunk of our change: they should’ve told us this over the phone before we made the trip all the way to Hampton.

Nice spot to stay for the night. Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. I chose this stay for the pet friendly accomodations. If your doing the same just be aware that the room (and I think even building) is separate from the others and I suspect they are of slightly lower finish quality than the typical rooms. Honestly that's ok by me, I get it... but it's something you should be aware of. I would urge them to utilize the additional $22 pet fee on these specific rooms and bring them up to par with the others. If they did this they'd probably have a monopoly on travelers with dogs there on hampton beach because they are one of only 2 or 3 hotels that even have the option when I searched. Anywho that's my 2¢. In summary, decent room, fair rates and nice staff. Overall pleasant stay :)

Great staff! Great stay! wouldn't change a thing! perfection! We stay for this weekend every year... this year was a bit different, but we had a great time and glad we went! It was fine to have no room service and change our towels, etc. down at the office! Great time, as always!
