As a director for a community theater production of "On Golden Pond," I took a short visit to Maine and New Hampshire to view the area. Bill and Bonnie at The Inn On Golden Pond were delightful hosts and provided good information about the area and personal help on learning more than I would have without them. My room was...

I took my Mother & a friend to see the leaves changing the first week in October. Perfect location! Mountains to the North & lakes to the South. Perfect distance for us to travel each day. Enjoyed Bill & Bonnie tremendously! Thanks for the travel direction each day! Loved the ability to "stroll" the property early in the morning or...

This was far the best of all of the inns we stayed at on our recent trip to see New England in the fall. It is a home from home - warm, comfortable and welcoming, and right down the road from the beautiful Squam Lake. Spacious accommodation and a lovely lounge to relax in. When we returned the the inn...

Wonderful stay. We were very comfortable in our suite and the breakfasts were good. The countryside was beautiful, and our hosts were very helpful in directing us to local attractions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast chats. And we saw two foxes out the window during breakfast!

After 30 years of operating this bed and breakfast, Bill and Bonnie are very seasoned host. Their inn is a beautiful old home with excellent, spacious accomodations and ammenities. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to visit again.

Located near Squam Lake, not far from Winnipesaukee. Very friendly inn keepers, well kept and nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast. Several good restaurants in the area, and many more not too far away. Easy access to good hiking and sightseeing.

When you feel "at home" far away from home, you know you have made an excellent lodging choice. And that is exactly how we felt during our short stay at the Inn. One can always throw around words like "quaint" and "charming" - but the sense of being in a quality place, a cared-for place, finds those adjectives quite lacking....

Stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment.Bill and Bonnie -the hosts- were so nice while always being attentive to our needs.Great atmosphere. The B&B is a quaint farm house with 8 rooms. The moment we drove up the drive to The Inn On Golden Pond we knew we had chosen the most picturesque Bed & Breakfast we had ever been to.
